Just ordered here for the first time and let me tell you how happy I am I found this hidden gem! The food is so fresh fast and the staff extremely friendly! Carlos was such a nice guy that takes his job seriously! Excellent customer service! I will most definitely be back soon

We arrived 35 minutes before they closed. We placed our order at the kiosk. There was no one up front to help us or answer any questions. It wasn’t clear if we were supposed to grab our own cups for our soft drinks, or wait for someone to bring them to us. We finally just reached over the counter and grabbed the cups because no one was around to ask. The soft drink dispenser had already been turned off for the night. Really? 35 minutes before closing? I walked over to the bar to let the bartender know, and there was no apology for the drink machine being turned off. Someone eventually turned it on several minutes later, but a few minutes later when I went to refill my cup as I was finishing up my meal, I found that they had turned it off again. Geez. Please tell me you don’t want me there, without actually telling me you don’t want me there! It was awful and ridiculous. I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant. At the salsa bar, two of the three salsas were completely empty. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, but no one working there really cared to be of service or to make sure that we had a good experience. Someone finally brought out our tacos, but they did not bring out our chips. After several minutes, I went up to the counter to inquire about them. And I was told “we are getting ready to close soon and don’t have any more chips.” He handed me a few and reluctantly said “I guess I can go make more.” (Umm, yes, please I paid for them.) The tacos were good. They finally brought us out some fresh chips. My son never received his cup of queso that was supposed to come with his meal, but at this point we weren’t going to ask for anything else. We had only had our food for a minute or two and they were already putting the chairs upside down on top of tables, cleaning the surfaces with some super-strong chemical-smelling cleaner that made it hard to enjoy our food, and taking out the trash. It was so painfully uncomfortable, and we really felt terribly unwelcome. It really makes me not EVER want to go back. I understand that it was close to closing time, but there are certain things you should not do while you still have patrons eating, especially when it is still technically business hours.. I could understand if we walked through the door less than five minutes before closing, but we were there much earlier than that. These folks really did not care about our experience being a good one — from no salsa, to no one being available to answer our questions, to us not getting all of the food that we ordered, to the soft drink machine being turned off, to us having to ask to get the chips that we paid for. The only redeemable quality was that the food was decent. But that does not make up for deplorable service any day. Ugh.

Me and my boyfriend went here Saturday 7/27. Was greeted upon walking in! the gentleman who took our order went above and beyond for us. We sat at the bar and the lady also provided excellent service! The food was great! We ordered the quesabirria and a churro, 8/10⭐️
Absolutely love this place. Bartenders are very friendly and the food is great. Well priced and friendly environment.
