I placed my order at the walk up window and was told to pick my food up at the next window. The window was open with a bag of uncooked fries laying there. The guy before me asked could he take them home if they was trash, while rubbing on the fries.I asked was she going to throw the fries away and she replied that they be tripping about food cost.I took the food but couldn't eat it. It's sad the care they take for the food they serve. I have a couple of pictures but didn't have the option to post.

went back here because they got my 5 dollar meal deal wrong (gave me BBQ instead of regular spicy chic sandwich) and they switched up on me saying the only way i was getting the regular is if i was ordering it separate from the meal when I've always got a regular spicy and didn't even know they gave a BBQ version

My experience was horrible!!!! Walked up to the window and ordered and waited over 20 minutes for my food!!! After saying something a few times to employees about other people that orders after me got their food before me I finally got my food and it was complete incorrect!!!! Asked for no tomatoes and there was tomato’s which I’m allergic to!!!! Asked the so called manager (John) was he going to give me anything for the inconvenience and he said no and was very rude and just offered me a refund since I had a complaint!!!! I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!

The Checkers located on Memorial Drive was ok. My milkshake was fine along with my order. The associate was not very pleasant. Seemed liked she was having a bad day.

When the lady at the window handed me my fries I noticed all of her nails had black dirt underneath, I immediately lost my appetite and through my fries in the trash. What a waste of time and money. Proper hygiene in food service should be very important. Not here.

Absolute disgrace of a business, they messed up my order on DoorDash terribly with multiple major expensive items missing. When I tried to contact them on their phone they ignored every single one of my calls. I’m very disappointed as this place has great food, it is a shame that they are so unprofessional.

disgusting ! i order loaded fries just to open it and see a curly piece of hair right on top of the fries!!! I took the food back to the restaurant and asked for a refund before a man loud and rudely asked me to speak louder which i informed him and pointed and the nasty hair in my food. he grabs the food and ask for the drink back i also purchased and had already drunken from ! he said in order for a full refund he needs to drink back. not once apologizing for the inconvenience. Disgusting food and attitude .
