I wish I had gotten the lady's name that served up. She was an older lady and was extremely rude. We just wanted to verify our order was correct before we pulled off. She says to us its right, I know what im doing. Like she was offended we wanted to check. Which we were missing two items glad we did check tonmake sure...mind you when she handed us our food all my husband said was let me check really quick..very polite, very mannersble and we get this reaction from her..its the older lady with the thick African accent...hopefully she gets additional training on customer service

It all depends on who's working...One day I go there and get good service from a guy that knows customer service..Spoke well..and was nice..Got my food in good time...Today..I go there..3 young girls working inside..2 of them saw me at the window..Didn't say anything to me as the minutes passed by..So I walked away..

Wings was not cooked well. And for price you might as well go to a wing stop. Anywhere I didn't wanna drive back just sad. I still like wings and recommend

It didn't take too long for my food! The one on Wesley chapel was too slow, no one took my order, waited 15 minutes, no one came to take my order at all! I had to drive to the one on Glenwood for faster service!
The service was horrible and the food was sloppy mayo all over the burger like a big glob.

If I could give no stars TRUST I WOULD they literally have a homeless man up there at night every time I come there serving me WITH NO GLOVES how I know he’s homeless i literally stay in the area. That’s nasty and cross contamination THEY NEVER HAVE ON GLOVES WHEN FIXING AND SERVING THE FOOD he definitely not the only one
