When we received our burgers they were EXTREMELY COLD. The burgers were as though they were kept in the refrigerator waiting for the next customer. Will NEVER eat there again.

I ordered a Deep Sea Double Banana Milkshake with fries. My food was extremely cold and burned and I never received a banana milkshake , I've placed maybe 5 or more orders at this Checkered and never have received a banana milkshake after ordering it.🙁

On January 22, 2025 I purchased the number 7 chicken sandwich meal. It was raw and cold. I was already home and didn't want to return and I threw my receipt out. This location should be reported to the Department of Health!!!

For Door Dashers who deal with any problems like this. Per usual my sister she got a double order and it was a good one. First order was a strawberry shake from this messed up place. We pull in they come to the window and we let them know the name on the order and the employee nods her head goes back in to check on the order We can plainly see there was no shale made. So we watch her working on another order and talking to another employee and she comes back asking for the name again. So we tell her and she goes back in and pretends to look around and comes back to the window and tells us she has no such ticket for that order. My sister politely tells her that it is just a strawberry shake. The employee continues to say they have no ticket for the order and that the customer has to reorder his shake. This right here affected what she was going to get paid and she showed no care in the world how it was going to affect my sister at all or what she had to go through to let the customer and customer service know what was going on. Poor customer service to not only Door dashers but to the customer ordering as well.

So I worked late and it was extremely cold so I decided to grab some checkers delivery because they were still open. Needless to say that fix was delivered an hour later, cold as hell, stale as hell. So I couldn’t feed that crab to my family. I got dressed and drive to the restaurant just to see if they would replace the food. Delivery or not who lets food sit in the restaurant 50 mins and still sends it out to the customer. When I arrived I was one shocked a the filth I could see thru the window. The employees were gathered at the back of the store greeting who I discovered to be the manager, all in the kitchen in street clothes. Half of them didn’t have gloves. But I was glad the food was messed up at this point. Because I would never have eaten there. They don’t even sweep the floor or throw the trash away that’s on the floor. Nobody in the entire restaurant had on a hair net. Look at the counter top in the back with the man cutting the meat with no gloves on and the floor under that table! She came to the window with her stomach all out. Just unprofessional as hell. Told me they weren’t replacing the food because I ordered Uber eats. My only 2 questions to her were “what about customer satisfaction or service and what restaurant would send out hour old fries and burgers and chicken bites?” She didn’t even seem concerned with the appearance of the interior of the kitchen. I’ll never eat there again and if you have you may have gotten sick because they don’t clean this place!! I wish there was a zero stars rating!!

They have lost their natural mind.....Fast food is not the same anymore it's literally kids doing whatever they want. I ordered the $5 Tpain meal added cheese to my burger and an apple pie. The cashier opened the seasoning that you sprinkle on the bites with her teeth, my burger did not have cheese on it that I paid .79 extra for and after informing them she handed me a slice of cheese out the window for me to add it on my burger and my apple pie was all broken up like apple bites..... Babbbbbbbby just give me my money back because at this point you tweakin....I will NEVER come to this location again!

Unfortunately this location need to be shut don't and turned into a swimming pool. What's sad is the world is already going through enough due to the flood. I order food online for pick up and went I got to the location they were very busy, I was told I couldn't receive my order due to the window timing, very rude, unprofessional, and no respect. I lost everything due to this Hericane and for someone to tell me to get in a car the flood snatched from me is insane. On top of the service the food was incorrect, I ordered 3 TPain meals and only received 2, there was home seasoning salt on everything as if someone dropped a whole can in my bag, it was it the point it was uneditable. The phone never works, even when you go to speak with someone the manager is never there. This location needs to be shut down or a new crew of employees ASAP I should've known not to order after reading the reviews
