I went on drive thru and the person on mic is saying he is only taking walk in customer and not drive thru Owner: I guess itās time to change employees if you have not ordered to take only walk in .. and if u did it will be soon closed as losing customer behind me there was another car whose order was also not taken ā¦

I had a truly horrible experience during my visit. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. The staff made inappropriate and uncomfortable comments that felt personally directed at me, and instead of stopping, they kept egging each other on as if it were funny. It was disrespectful and completely uncalled for.
To make things worse, when my food was finally handed back to me, it was done in such an aggressive and careless way that it made me feel completely unwelcome. At no point did I feel valued as a customer ā instead, I felt targeted, disrespected, and extremely uncomfortable.
No one should have to tolerate that kind of treatment, especially when all youāre trying to do is enjoy a meal or takeout. I will absolutely not be returning, and I hope management takes a serious look at how their staff are treating people.

Power struggle between the night manager as she wanted to abuse her power going out of her way to let me know she was the manager. I never even asked for her input another employee was assisting and she continuously states but āIām the managerā okay and..?ā Proceeds to bat her lashes acting messy, as if this was high school all because I decided to just get 1 meal instead of 2. I donāt go back and forth where I pay so maybe she should focus on back office work since sheās the manager. Coming through the drive thru we want good food not debriefingās and managers only matter to us if we ask for them. Thx

This makes the 2nd time we have tried to go only for us to find out the place is closed, store hours says itās open until 3am yet at 1:30 we are being screamed at that theyāre closed. Please make the store hours accurate itās very frustrating.

Rally's - Checker's, I'm not sure who's idea it was to use that Thick, Dry, hard bread on them thin Patty's ??? It's not enough ketchup packs for that mess. You have lost a customer. This my 3rd and last Dry as cotton in the Sahara desert bun sandwich... I stopped on Lawrenceville Hwy, the man just handed me the burger not even saying hello! Just that will be $1.98 š¬š© I'm not expecting red carpet treatment but gosh at least say Hello... Change that bun back, or ask people which one they want... I wasted my $2
