The food was not good at all. It was surprising because it usually is. The 2 tiny sandwiches were mostly dried out bread and with the burnt loaded fries I spent over $16.

This place is a complete joke. Online it shows they’re open until 2:00 AM — I pulled in at 1:25 with lights on and everything running. The second I got to the speaker, the employee literally shut the system off in my face and disappeared. Didn’t say a single word. Just vanished for 15 minutes while I sat there like an idiot.
If the workers here hate their jobs this much, either close the store or hire people who actually want to work. Absolute worst service, zero professionalism, and a total waste of time. This location needs a serious wake-up call.

Ordered a small meal. When I got to the window they charged me a dollar more for a medium because they were out of small drink cups. Wouldn't give me the medium drink for the small price and refused to give me the meal price without a drink. ? 2 managers at the window couldn't figure it out. Did not purchase.

I went on drive thru and the person on mic is saying he is only taking walk in customer and not drive thru Owner: I guess it’s time to change employees if you have not ordered to take only walk in .. and if u did it will be soon closed as losing customer behind me there was another car whose order was also not taken …

I had a truly horrible experience during my visit. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. The staff made inappropriate and uncomfortable comments that felt personally directed at me, and instead of stopping, they kept egging each other on as if it were funny. It was disrespectful and completely uncalled for.
To make things worse, when my food was finally handed back to me, it was done in such an aggressive and careless way that it made me feel completely unwelcome. At no point did I feel valued as a customer — instead, I felt targeted, disrespected, and extremely uncomfortable.
No one should have to tolerate that kind of treatment, especially when all you’re trying to do is enjoy a meal or takeout. I will absolutely not be returning, and I hope management takes a serious look at how their staff are treating people.

Power struggle between the night manager as she wanted to abuse her power going out of her way to let me know she was the manager. I never even asked for her input another employee was assisting and she continuously states but “I’m the manager” okay and..?” Proceeds to bat her lashes acting messy, as if this was high school all because I decided to just get 1 meal instead of 2. I don’t go back and forth where I pay so maybe she should focus on back office work since she’s the manager. Coming through the drive thru we want good food not debriefing’s and managers only matter to us if we ask for them. Thx
