Very slow, I waited 35 minutes. Fries were inedible, overcooked and soaked in grease to the point that it soaked through the container, through the bag, and into my car seat, staining them. Chicken sandwich was also cooked in burnt grease.

i will never visit this location again !! whoever worked Dec 19th night shift taking orders needs to be fired ! He was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a fast food spot!! I’d give zero stars if i could that’s how rude .

To be honest, this Checkers doesn't deserve 1 star. This is my last time ordering from this place. My food wasn't right and my bacon and cheese was missing on my sandwiches, didn't receive my fries and my burger was over cooked. Wish I could get my money back! Very, very disappointed. The guy there working the drive thru was very rude. No customer service at all. When I pulled to the speaker he said “go head.” I said Hi, he then repeated “go head.” When I got my food it was very cold and tasted stale. I was very disappointed. Coincidentally, my friend went after me and she was greeted the same way, “go head”. After ordering her food, she got to the window and he didn’t know what she wanted.
