So my son and I went to this checkers on Candler Road in Decatur Ga. I gave the manager (African American , w/finger waves) a coupon for my first order and she looked at me and said, honey I can’t read that and handed it back to me for me to call the numbers out. My son read the numbers off to her. She put the numbers in twice and said oh it’s 1299 but it was a 599 coupon so I said why is it 1299 and she said I don’t know. I said you should know they’re your coupons. I went on to ask her how come she couldn’t just scan the barcode on the coupons she said she didn’t know. She took a deep breath and said oh well let me try it again so I basically just told her don’t worry about it because her attitude really would make you wanna snatch her through that window. It’s a good thing you guys have burglar bars on those windows and now I see why because the attitudes on some of these fast food managers suck. That manager did not try to turn me around. She didn’t try to do anything to assist me as the customer. Nasty little attitude on her. If you For the past 10 minutes to make this sandwich, I just had to personally apple pie y’all. I’ve been screaming at him for the past 10 minutes to make this burger I personally made.like checkers, don’t go to the one on Candler Road come to the one on Glenwood. it’s a good bit better than the checkers on Candler Road. Do not go to Candler Rd. Checkers. I came right over here on Glenwood to this checkers. They scanned those coupons just fine and gave me my food.

12/12/25 1pm older lady with finger waves was more then rude she had a nasty attitude with no care in the world , she’s huffing and puffing at the customers she aggressive cutting me off while I was talking , no respect giving and that’s not okay to have her in the window with the disrespectful meaner she has it’s not right

I stopped by around 2:45 AM after spending hours at the hospital, hoping for a decent meal and good service. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Employees were playing music loud, my fries were cold, and the sandwich was mediocre at best. On top of that, they told the car behind us they were closed, even though closing time is supposed to be 3 AM. After the night I had, I really expected better. Not the kind of service you want when you're already dealing with so much.

Thomas was absolutely on point. He was attentive, focused, and not distracted — no phone in hand, no long wait times. My order was ready right away, and he handled everything with a positive attitude and genuine professionalism.

If he’s not already a manager, he definitely should be — or at least in manager training. That young man is going places. Excellent job, Thomas, and shoutout to the whole Rally’s team for setting the standard for great service!

Absolute Assistant

One of the sorriest experiences in my life .. I do doordash so I was picking up and ordsr sat at the window 10 min before being acknowledged all while looking watching Bubble move like molasses with a line wrapped on both sides then when she did come to the window she came on the phone I asked for a straw that took another 45 seconds.. all while wearing a green shirt which I assume meant she was the MOD. Trifling is the best word to use for this experience

I’m actually in line here right now. I came to order my food at around 5:15 and waited at the monitor for several minutes for the automated service to come on. I was also on a phone call, when the speaker didn’t come on I asked several times if I could place an order. It wasn’t until the 4th time that the manager came on with an attitude and said because I was on the phone she wouldn’t take my order. I said that nobody came on the speaker and asked yet again if I could place an order, the manager got an attitude and told me that they weren’t taking any more orders for the night. I told her if she had an attitude about working she could’ve picked a different job and she told me drive around to the window. When I got to the window she proceeded to tell me with a horrible attitude that she wasn’t taking my order because I was on the phone. I asked for the owner or the general managers information and she said she didn’t have one and that she didn’t know any information. After 10 minutes of going back and forth she said I was holding up her line and needed to move. Again asking for the owner information or when they would be here she told me a name . I asked her if she could write it down and she claimed there was no paper or pens in the building. This is the same “manager” I see several other complaints about and have had issue with in the past about her customer service. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB on this specific establishment. If this is the type of service you all provide, you should be shut down.

Came here as normally after work every night. But tonight they seemed short staff. I asked was they hiring that my 16 year old daughter would like to apply and was told ole na he don’t hire kids? Like wow I thought it was an equal opportunity. I will be calling corporate in the morning. The manager seem frustrated cause I ordered four meals. Told em I would have to wait 15 minutes. I said ok no problem! Where would u like me to pull? She told me to sit at the window. Wow! I I’m sure with the right team this place could do a 360 turn around! I’m talking better customer service, better drive through times and a return customers rate would double!

They don’t take your order and they hide inside then when they do peak their heads it they don’t come to the window so you basically just sit there until they’re ready. The big black girl who worked at 12am August 2nd never acknowledged either window. She just kept pushing buttons on the stove looking like she was doing something but never opened up a window to serve any food. That’s ridiculous. Why get a job if you don’t want to work ma’am.
