I actually give this place ZERO stars... They need to get rid of the A.I. order taker. I really like the food here but this is so impersonal.. So I pull up the A.I. takes the order I pull to the window I don't see nobody at the window or anywhere... I pull off, but as I get to the other side of the hwy. I see a person I guess out the corner of my eye.. Like really you company's are so cheap you have one person working in a fast food store who doesn't have common sense to walk to the window and say, "Hi" SORRY BUT I WON'T BE BACK FOR A WHILE HIRE SOME HUMANS.

This was the worst location ever.I sat here for 10 mins until I had to drive around.I see a man at the fry station then he proceeds to come to the window and say yea what’s up.Oh and then the drive through cashier comes around the corner with the headphones with a nasty attitude cursing about how the customer behind has possed her off.I can’t make this up.Checkers y’all gotta do better because we are spending our money and to be treated this way is ridiculous.

I checked online, and it says you close at 3:00 AM. I arrived at 2:50 am, and now it’s 2:53 am, The staff member told me they couldn't serve us, even though the car behind me and I arrived within minutes of closing. It’s frustrating when you decide to stop serving just 10 minutes before closing time. If you're not willing to work, maybe it's time to have someone else handle the shift.

The location on Candler Rd in Decatur, Ga has the worst customer service ever. They move slow and they always close way earlier than the time that they should. The food is good but they need to make changes to the service

Good friendly family fast food get it ur way Fresh food always no matter night or day understanding when choosing to fix or add on to my order always respectful when checking out me and my family absolutely enjoy our selves when choosing to dine at checkers

Very dissatisfied with the service and the food. I ordered a brisket combo. I was looking for brisket, not a burger and little bit of brisket. Big disappointment. The fies were not fresh. The servicer was not friendly. Especially when I brought the sandwich back. I tried calling the store, the number on the receipt was disconnected. The number on this link just rings. I asked one of employees for the manger number she says the store has no phone. Needless to say I will not be doing business here again.
