I’m actually in line here right now. I came to order my food at around 5:15 and waited at the monitor for several minutes for the automated service to come on. I was also on a phone call, when the speaker didn’t come on I asked several times if I could place an order. It wasn’t until the 4th time that the manager came on with an attitude and said because I was on the phone she wouldn’t take my order. I said that nobody came on the speaker and asked yet again if I could place an order, the manager got an attitude and told me that they weren’t taking any more orders for the night. I told her if she had an attitude about working she could’ve picked a different job and she told me drive around to the window. When I got to the window she proceeded to tell me with a horrible attitude that she wasn’t taking my order because I was on the phone. I asked for the owner or the general managers information and she said she didn’t have one and that she didn’t know any information. After 10 minutes of going back and forth she said I was holding up her line and needed to move. Again asking for the owner information or when they would be here she told me a name . I asked her if she could write it down and she claimed there was no paper or pens in the building. This is the same “manager” I see several other complaints about and have had issue with in the past about her customer service. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB on this specific establishment. If this is the type of service you all provide, you should be shut down.

Came here as normally after work every night. But tonight they seemed short staff. I asked was they hiring that my 16 year old daughter would like to apply and was told ole na he don’t hire kids? Like wow I thought it was an equal opportunity. I will be calling corporate in the morning. The manager seem frustrated cause I ordered four meals. Told em I would have to wait 15 minutes. I said ok no problem! Where would u like me to pull? She told me to sit at the window. Wow! I I’m sure with the right team this place could do a 360 turn around! I’m talking better customer service, better drive through times and a return customers rate would double!

They don’t take your order and they hide inside then when they do peak their heads it they don’t come to the window so you basically just sit there until they’re ready. The big black girl who worked at 12am August 2nd never acknowledged either window. She just kept pushing buttons on the stove looking like she was doing something but never opened up a window to serve any food. That’s ridiculous. Why get a job if you don’t want to work ma’am.

Puke🤮🤢!!! I really feel like I have to puke. I took 2 bites of the BBQ Buford burger and instantly started to feel sick to my stomach. I placed a lunchtime Doordash order at this location and received a cold, half cooked burger. The fries and apple pie were great, but the burger was awful. I think it was pre-made and sat around too long. I will never ever get another burger from this location
...EVER!!! Now, I have to go get some ginger ale to settle my stomach. Awful, just awful!!!

Food was fresh, customer service could have been better waited in the drive for about 25m waiting from the beginning to receiving my order... This is not fast food service... They need better processes or even accommodate their customers wait times by at least giving free food or coupons

I actually give this place ZERO stars... They need to get rid of the A.I. order taker. I really like the food here but this is so impersonal.. So I pull up the A.I. takes the order I pull to the window I don't see nobody at the window or anywhere... I pull off, but as I get to the other side of the hwy. I see a person I guess out the corner of my eye.. Like really you company's are so cheap you have one person working in a fast food store who doesn't have common sense to walk to the window and say, "Hi"

This was the worst location ever.I sat here for 10 mins until I had to drive around.I see a man at the fry station then he proceeds to come to the window and say yea what’s up.Oh and then the drive through cashier comes around the corner with the headphones with a nasty attitude cursing about how the customer behind has possed her off.I can’t make this up.Checkers y’all gotta do better because we are spending our money and to be treated this way is ridiculous.

I checked online, and it says you close at 3:00 AM. I arrived at 2:50 am, and now it’s 2:53 am, The staff member told me they couldn't serve us, even though the car behind me and I arrived within minutes of closing. It’s frustrating when you decide to stop serving just 10 minutes before closing time. If you're not willing to work, maybe it's time to have someone else handle the shift.

The location on Candler Rd in Decatur, Ga has the worst customer service ever. They move slow and they always close way earlier than the time that they should. The food is good but they need to make changes to the service
