Sent my husband, brother, and uncle to place a family order. CFA mistakenly left out a large fry. Went back a second time to correct the issue. They ran the camera back to say that we received three large fries. Well we only received two. I’ve noticed every time I come to this CFA recently, an item is always missing. To correct the mistake, I will no longer visit this CFA. When you have to run cameras back for only a large fry after spending $50 to feed a family of four, I’m done! No longer will my money support your establishment!

Went 2 days in a row. 1st day I ordered a Cobb Salad..I had 3 slices of eggs on it and it was hardly anything but lettuce... went day 2 and ordered Kale cruch... it smelled pretty bad like it had been sitting for a while and the kale was not fresh... they also left out the almonds that arr supposed to go in it... for as much as the food is at this place, they should always be on point ... I won't go back and I'm sure it doesn't matter but you have to do better. . Most ppl are making a sacrifice when we treat ourselves to fast food.... it's disappointing when the food is not what it should be...

I was in the second drive thru line around 9pm. There was no sign that the second line was closed. I waited for 10 minutes and no one bothered to say anything. I am definitely not coming back to this location again.
This by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to My food was extremely cold and tasted very old as if it was just sitting under the light i re-ordered my food just for them to give me burnt fries and stale bun

On 03/29/24 I arrived at this location before breakfast ends, it was 10:30 when I reach the window. I was already in line before breakfast ends, and the breakfast menu still up , the cashier said the manager called for breakfast to end as I placed the order before the manager called. They’re so slow with two lines, other has the same thing and faster with employees outside taking orders. This location needs to improve on service no one in line should turn their car off unacceptable.

Waffle fries still inconsistent. You can tell that the Chick-fil-A sandwich is going to shrink flation because it is too small. And I can't wait till they demolish the mall so they can build a bigger Chick-fil-A because this one has been causing traffic issues in the past.
