I ordered 2 chicken soup bowls and when I arrived hm neither one of the soup had no chicken in it. Whats the purpose of it called Chicken if no kinds of meat is in the soup. I tried call back up to store to speak with Mgr but of course the vm box is full to where you cant leave a msg. I'm sick at home in bed that why I ordered the chicken soup but not able to get out to go up there to complain about my order # 867598. Im sure as soon as I get well and stop by there they will say you should hv brought it back. I am very displeased with my order and not able to speak with anyone about it. Not to mention the high cost i paid for it $12+

Good morning. Was just at this Chick- fil-a . Ordered 4 eggs scrambled with cheese, a grilled breakfast filet and an order of hash browns. In the drive thru line. After paying for my meal, waited approximately 5 mins for each egg to by individually packaged as well as, the breakfast filet. Now I’m about to be late for work so, I leave not checking my items in the bag. Not good. So, upon arriving to work to enjoy my breakfast. Looking forward to finally eating. I noticed no hash browns so, I called Chick-fil-a 3 straight times to only get to their voicemail box which was full. Terrible display of service.

I placed an order with uber eats and it was completely wrong my order total came up to 27$ . I purched a 4 CT strip MEAL added a tortilla soup and made everything large including the fries. All I got was the soup . Uber eats only credited me 2$ and my delivery driver said Chick-fil-A confirmed the order. I called the store at least 10 times to speak with a manager and no one picked up, at this point the customer service gives McDonald's and I will not be wasting my money on poor service and mediocre food ?

I’ve complained about the seltzer water sold AS SPRITE several times. Today I ordered THREE LARGE SPRITES with 3 meals AND AGAIN RECEIVED 3 LARGE SELTZER WATERS. Such a waste of MONEY AND MY TIME. ITS LIKE NOT ONLY DO YOU HAVE TO CHECK YOUR BAGS TO ENSURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT, YOU GOT GIVE ALL THE DRINKS TASTE TEST. I CAN GUARANTEE PEOPLE TELL THEM BUT THEY LEAVE IT AS IS TIL EMPTY

Chick-Fil-A on Wesley Chapel has to be the worst Chick-Fil-A EVER. I’ve never received bad service from them until now. I placed my order on the mobile app waited 20 minutes to pick up in the drive thru. The employee had my food sitting outside when I pulled up to her, mind you it’s like 10 degrees outside. I ask dor the manager which took her a few minutes to come out, I expressed my grievance with and asked for a refund. she left and didn’t come back. after 5 minutes of waiting I go in to speak to another who tells me it’s been refunded, so I asked for a receipt showing it was refunded. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CHICK-FIL-A ON WESLEY CHAPEL.

What's the point of having an inside dining area if you're only accepting "door dash pick-up only"....all these fast food locations in the area are on the same BS. 6 associates in the drive-thru but you cant take orders inside??...PLUS today they had no drinks (fountain drinks or lemonade). Only had the beverages that result in an additional upcharge(oj, bottled water, milk, milkshakes)...are you freaking kidding me?!!! Can't even use covid as an excuse anymore. Nobody wants to wait in a drive through lines that wraps around the building. Smh they don't have this issue in other neighborhoods ?

I order chick-fil-a salads a lot. And most locations I've been to give green lettuce. I was given iceberg lettuce. This is very disappointing as I prefer a healthy salad. I'm not sure if this is being done because of this "location" or what. But it's not right.

If I can leave a no star rating I would!!!!!!!!! I am Sooooo annoyed that I ordered online to pick up. But there is not place in the app stating that the dinning room is closed at 9pm nothing on the doors just rude employees!! I got my food after sitting in the drive through with people that is just now placing an order. Finally I got my order that I paid $51.00 for family of Five, when I got my order fries was not hot lukewarm and on top that I order 2 salad that did not come with utensils the extra toppings that suppose to go in it!! Every since the new Chick-fil-A got built this is not it!!

Good Evening, I made every effort to inform the staff this evening 9/26 that the Sprite provided was pure carbonation! Please change the cylinder for future sales. My transaction number was 6917.Also, please provide a table for your outdoor staff to place their drinks on besides the ground. They deserve better! Thanks

This Chick-fil-A is the absolute worst store I have been too The environment is not hospitalable to customer service is slow the drive-through is backed up the employees look like they’re just not happy which makes the customer service bad. I had to wait 15 minutes for a number one combo at breakfast time. I feel like the store needs to be retrained.

I wanted a kids meal with a fruit bowl instead of fries for my son. I specifically asked for no apples and oranges because he is allergic. They still gave me a regular fruit bowl and tells me that they can't make substitutions when I come here everyday and order the same thing for my son, I gave all the food back and asked for a refund. So when did the rules change? So we don't make special requests for allergens anymore? I will never comeback to any Chick-fil-A again since persons with allergens don't matter. It's also a shame that i have to go all the way to Atlanta to replace my son's food. Do better like the on Bill Kennedy and Memorial Drive in Atlanta.

Great customer service but who is telling the staff to be so stingy with the sauces? I ordered on the app and the options for the sauces said I get at least 2 for each entree and for each side but when I picked my order up there was only 2 sauces in the bag and that was for my entree and side so I asked for some honey roasted and honey and they only gave me one of each. I always have to ask for more sauce twice

This is my first time at this location , and I must say that the food was excellent. What I struggle with is how the drive through is designed at most Chick-fil-A. Ist the workers are working tirelessly outside in the hot sun(kudos to them). Secoundly speaking from my perspective this does not make the lines move any faster, because the lines are wrapped around the building. I'm just saying
