I ordered over $50 worth of food for my family. The wings and rice was overcooked. I called to file a complaint and was told that the manager would call me. The manager called and told me to call Uber eats for my delivery. I told the manager there was nothing wrong with the delivery. The issue was with the food of which Uber Eats DID NOT cook. I will NEVER order from this establishment meant again and with their 3.6 rating they should be shut down permanently. DO NOT visit this establishment. Food and Customer Service is Awful.

I called for an Uber eats order to inform the restaurant I needed 4 forks and request soy sauce and sweet sauce, prior to the driver arriving i was placed on hold for 6 minutes! I called back she says your order is gone! Obviously they don't care about service! If I ordered that means no car right! Now I have food no utensils and no 3 soy sauce on a $50 order! That is so hurtful 💔 😢 and she had no remorse or apologies never get another dime cause I gotta get an Uber to be able to eat never again. Mind you the driver had not arrived yet...she pretty much took my money Don't shop with this restaurant for delivery they stingy with the sauce and didn't care to accommodate you see i have 6 entrees and provide 3 forks 3 soy sauce! They deserve no star

Thank you for the deal on UberEATS 🔥🔥 😋 👍🏽 I had to come back and say I'm really shocked by the bad reviews because we really enjoyed our honey chicken with white rice. My husband says that the cheese steak egg roll was fire. And my kids loved the crab rangoons. So idk why the bad reviews. Very strange. Anyways it's our first time here. We just moved here from homestead FL.

I’m In Atlanta Visiting My Daughter And She Mentioned Let’s Try This Chinese Food China Express It Didn’t Look Right But I Still Taste A Small Portion And I Feel So Bad For The People That Have Eaten Here They Need A Immediate Colon Cleansing And This Place Needs To Be Shut Down I Will Be Reaching Out To The Food And Code Inspectors

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They give you what they want you to have. Went to get chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce, with white rice instead of fried rice, because their fried rice is clumped and nasty. When picking up the order they said they did mixed vegetables instead of broccoli. I said it’s ok, because I have already waited. When I got home, I see that I had fried rice.. I called the store and they were rude. I said I’ll return the whole thing and they can remake it.. they said no, they would give me a cup of white rice… WHAT!!! Y’all messed up my whole order and wouldn’t even bother to remake it. Yall knew yall messed up the order before I even left the store, so it should have been fixed then. Never again will I return.

All my food was BURNT!!! How rude to take people’s money then burn the food and not remake it. They knew that the food was burnt before they packaged it to go out. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I'm so disappointed in this place, the bathroom is out of service all the time, and I asked the lady there if it was still out of service and she said yes, because I've been going there for weeks, I'm going to buy food there, and I told him if you know I can report this crazy person and he told me, do it, there's the number, the name, etc., but he told me with a very arrogant, very arrogant attitude and like he felt like the owner of that place with terrible service.

Sometimes the wait time is long because all the men are in the back and they leave the one lady in the front to make the orders and bag up the doordash orders and ring up the food except for. But all in all the food is decent
