Chipotle Mexican Grill

Been going here for over a year now. Staff is rude, upset people want food. Always food debris over the counters and floor. Don’t give fair portions. Extremely inconsistent.

I went into this establishment today around 10:50am and was told I had to wait 30-45minutes to get rice on my burrito. These are things that should be prepped before opening.

My wife and I went to this location two nights ago and the service was terrible. We entered the restaurant and a gentleman in line immediately said that they were out of several things. It was about 9:30pm and the close at 11pm. We reached the counter and the cashier was extremely rude. She advised that there was a 20 minute wait on brown rice. My wife politely said ok and asked for white rice. The young lady, smugly replied, “I said 20 minutes in brown rice”. My wife asked did they have white rice. The cashier said, “NOPE”. Needless to say that we will not be supporting this location anymore. It’s obvious that they wanted to prepare to close, but an hour or two is not acceptable. It’s also obvious that management is ok with this because, per the reviews, this continues to happen. Thumbs Down!!!!👎🏽

I hate hate hate this location. This location make the franchise look Disgusting. The workers ,managers and the owner should be ashamed of the way they are running this place the rice is always hard the chips and never fresh. Ingredients are always out of stock.

First off i should've know its was goin to be horrible...there was no line...then this 14$. Isnt worth it cause its not even full.
2nd i received my order wrapped in foil and they didn't even have you forks

Upon walking into the restaurant we were greeted with Chris’ amazing personality. I have been here multiple times and each time his attitude is always the same. My daughter left her purse one time and Chris found it and put it behind the counter until we came back to get it. Give Chris a raise asap. Make sure you go to Chris when you go here or your food will be disgusting!

Every time I order to go something is always missing on my order or the entire order is wrong! It’s ridiculous and the manager sucks too when u ask for them in regards to your order being wrong they always make excuses , says idk to question’s and have attitudes. If you pick in in the drive thru plz check your order before pulling off!!

Awful. They close at 11pm I got there at 8pm they said they were out of cheese, guacamole, and rice. I was stunned after waiting 15 minutes in line.

I asked if I could I just wait on anyone of the items (the heavy set light skinned lady with glasses, with black roots & light brown hair at the tips, hair in a pony tail with a cap on) this lady with a nasty attitude said the only way is if I order online and pick up in the drive thru is the only way I cam get guacamole and cheese and there's no guarantee that I'll get guacamole because it's only half full. Unfortunately, I left and I had to drive to Conyers Chipotle to get my order. The inconvenience of it all and the ladies attitude was not right at all.

Too add, every time I come to this Chipotle this same lady that I described above works and has a nasty, not friendly or non customer service attitude. I'm thinking she's the manager because she's always telling the other staff what to do. My question is can you look into this lady she is awful and possibly replace her, retrain her, or evaluate her? Sometimes she closes this store 1hr or 30min before the store is supposed to close. Last question can you endure that this location has enough food for the customers orders?

If you come here just know they run out of everything It's dirty and unsanitary They cut the chicken into tiny pieces and give you half of spoon but will give you enough rice for a week We just gone be like the girl that made her own bowl Cause We Tired Of Being Cheated and

This place should be shut down. They don’t show prices, give receipts, the bathroom is not accessible to customers, and the customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your money here. Also found some kind of plastic in my food.

The guy making the food Samira was very nice and asking how much longer the Meat cook talked and played as I waited before the 4 minute wait I was told turned into a laughing 20 while he and the Rice guy lol over each other jokes
