I had an exceptional experience at Chipotle today, and I have to give full credit to the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in, I could see true teamwork in action — everyone behind the line was communicating, moving with purpose, and supporting each other to make sure every order was perfect.
What really stood out was the genuine care and concern they showed for me as a customer. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, made sure everything was fresh, and double-checked that my bowl was exactly the way I liked it. It wasn’t rushed or careless — it was thoughtful, friendly, and professional.
You can tell this team takes pride in what they do. Their positive attitudes and coordination made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to see a crew work so well together while still giving each customer personal attention.
Huge shoutout to this Chipotle team — your hard work and customer-first mindset truly made my day. I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered food online and picked it up at the requested time. Got home (5 min away) and bit into an ice cold (not embellishing either) burrito. More beans and rice than chicken. Had prevous bad experiences at this location. I’ll stop torturing myself and just keep it moving.

Worse Chipotles of all time… who ever was on the first station (short black woman) should be fired with her terrible customer service. Check the camera 6:16 pm on December 7. She entertained her friends in the lobby and when I tried to ask her a question she had no time!

The food is extremely unsanitary, and the way it is handled is unacceptable. It feels as though the staff treat meal service with the same lack of care one might expect in a prison. Black beans were burnt. Corporate needs to inspect this site.

WARNING I had a terrible experience the young girl on the line had a terrible attitude she kept saying I heard you yea I heard you when I was telling her what I wanted on my bowl she started arguing with me because I ask for Xtra corn instead of adding the corn she told me to have a nice day the Rice was Hard an the pinto beans were hard an no one changes there gloves they open up ingredients change out ingredients open up utensils and all then touch your food when you ask any of the young girls to change there gloves they get very angry It was terrible and the food was not good rice hard beans hard an I was treated very bad also my Bumper was stolen off my Car while inside the restaurant I will never spend my money in that Terrible location Again

It’s 9:17 and the website say they close at 11. But all the employees looking at me with door locked. Save your time and energy eat somewhere else

I was not satisfied with my previous visit because the Carne Asada was so well done that it couldn't be chewed. Support offered me a BOGO for my experience (even though I just wanted a refund). I decided to give it another try since the reward is expiring in a couple of days. This time, I went in so that I could view the Carne Asada before purchasing. This was the worst experience at a Chipotle for me. First, they were supposed to open at 10:45 am. I arrived at exactly at 10:45 a.m. They did not open the doors until 11:06 a.m. By this time, a lengthy line had developed outside. Even though they let us in, they did not start taking orders until 11:15 a.m. The ingredient bar was not fully stocked. They were still bringing out meats, rice, and other ingredients. They did not have the fajita veggies (quoted another 15 minutes) and the Carne Asada was again, very over done. I opted to get steak instead. The quality of my food was not at the level at which I'm used to but that could've been affected by the overall experience. But my stomach is very uneasy. I will NEVER return to this location.
