So I usually don't rate fastfood but this time I will. I went one night after a long day of work. I was craving the honey butter biscuits and so I order just that. They asked me to pull up and wait a min for them to have them prepared. Finally, they were sent out and I thanked them and drove off. I was about 5 minutes away from my house and decided to take a dive in the bag of 6 count that I purchased. The one I ate was brick hard and I ended up tossing half of it. Thinking that was the only one like that, I handed my daughter the bag so she could get one. She said "mom, these are all hard." I was so annoyed. I struggled to figure out if I was gonna turn around or just take an L. I turned around and went back. I pulled up to the menu and and told them that I had just came and ordered six honey butter biscuits and they gave me these hard baseball boulders biscuits. They rushed me to the front and handed me a hot bag full of FLUFFY BISCUITS 💕. I appreciated that. But it could have been avoided. Whoever packed those biscuits KNEW VERY WELL they were brick hard.
But thanks for making it right.

These restaurants has gotten soooooo bad and ridiculous smh I normally stop here 1 a week or so to get 3 legs combo with fries and coke first don't never have things food is always like the chicken been sitting there for a while and last night when I went I WILL NEVER come back there not only the food but the drive threw horrible I absolutely horrible customer service period and word to the wise for FYI if you pull some one up from Drive threw while waiting on food FYI it is your responsibility to bring food out to the car NOTTTTTTT gave them go up from the window then you flagging to bag all the way back up smh make It make sense get yal act together need new mangers new crew these days hiring anybody

This was consistently one of my favorite Church's in the area. The chicken was always fried just right and fresh. I can't believe the change from my last visit. The chicken was underspiced, overcooked and barely warm. The oil was old and my online order wasn't ready so I had to wait about 15 minutes for the first time in a couple years. The manager was lost and everything in chaos. I didn't receive my drink but didn't feel like waiting longer. The entire time I was there an employee was screaming to some friends in the dining area.
I visited the store the young lady who said she was a manager was arguing with a customer cussing out a customer said don't bother to report me my grandmother is the owner I have never in my life seen such bad customer service this particular location should not be in business very ghetto

They never have any chicken sandwiches at this location. 3x in 2 weeks, ordered the sandwich and they don't have them. Early, or late, they need to take this item off of the menu if they don't carry it. It's literally illegal and false advertisement.
