The Chicken was burned Very hard, including the Apple pie was burned and very hard. I tried calling them back at that location on Memorial Drive and 285 but the phone is off the hook and continue to hang up. It seems that they know they burnt the chicken and a lot of people are calling them back trying to either get their money back or fresh food. They choose not to pick up the phone and deal with it. Horrible food, horrible service

I requested a 2piece spicy white meat snack. I paid for it and waited for 5 minutes because it was busy. Just to find out they don't have any and it was not prepared the night before. No matter what location it's always an issue with getting spicy chicken. I do not I understand why it's an issue at every location, except the one in Covington... This is terrible.

The chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease. It was super greasy and had a lot of chicken fat. Even after I put it in the air fryer, it remained greasy.

Great service from a friendly gentleman. The food left. Lot to be desired, the 8PC chicken my son had was dry and super small pieces so he ended up taking some of my food instead. I had the three piece which was relatively good but one of the two legs was rather bad tasting rounding finish it. Also, paid for the white combo which had two pieces of dark meat, made no sense. Finally, both my son and I asked for macaroni as the side dish and they gave me potato…. My son begged me to take him there because he had heard great things about the food. Suffice to say we’ll never go back. The only bright side was the gentleman who took our order.
