What is happening to this store? The drive-thru sign/speaker has been down for over a month. One night I showed up 15 minutes before closing and they had closed early. Last night I waited in the drive thru for 2o minutes before closing time, then was told they were "out of chicken." In order to be told that I had to sit on the horn for 2 minutes before they would come to the drive thru window to speak to me. The entire management team of this store needs to be fired today.

I have been coming here since you first opened. I believe Memorial was still 2 lanes. I came in to order some chicken. The girl that was helping me was medium height, pretty, dark hair in braids. I was trying to make up my mind. I asked her if she was going to watch the eclipse. She said, in an irritated,Smart tone, " I don't know what you're talking about." I walked out!

I had to come back twice about food they forgot to put in my bag only for them to make it seem like I was tryna to get over
I did a Uber eats order I have a family meal it was supposed to be mixed I got dark only I had sweet tea I got unsweetened tea I had the bombers didn't get those at all didn't get no plates or nothing I asked for the only thing that was good was the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese I'll never order here
