Church's Texas Chicken

when I got home to eat my smokehouse chicken I was very disappointed!!! The chicken was hard and burnt, no moisture at all, chicken skin was chewy very dry with lots of feathers on it, taste like it had been sitting under a lamp all day long! My husband couldn't enjoy his either!!! I regret I even came to this location!!!
What a waste of my hard earn money😤

I don’t know what is wrong with people in the food restaurants these days but attitude be well present..I did not have an attitude and the girl did you mad at the job. You have change it.. simple not the customers fault now I can see if u was rude but I wasn’t ..I asked at the window in advance did yall have spicy I was told yes so there shouldn’t have been a issue..everyone doesn’t have a problem with talking things nicely out everyone is not negative all the time …do better!!

Fried chicken was perfectly prepared, crispy and deliciously moist. Biscuit was tasty and had just the right amount of honey on top, not dry at all. However, the pieces of chicken and the biscuit were small. The cole slaw was mayonnaise based and had great flavor. Best of all about this location….the service. The two young ladies were extremely polite, helpful, honest, friendly and knew their product. (We arrived on 6/30/2025 at approximately 5:30 pm.) If in the area again, would definitely return.

Waited in drive thru for 12 minutes for the food. Already paid but was told to pull the car up and would bring the food to me. Had to go inside to ask for the food.
Finally got the chicken…. Location is hard to maneuver around the drive thru and hardly no parking. Need to move to a better piece of land or parking lot.

I went into this location to pick up an Uber eats order and I had to say three different times that I’m picking up an order before somebody could even acknowledge me when they gave me the utmost attitude after ignoring me. The restaurant was already dirty looking anyways, and my thing is no matter if you’re short staff or not you still acknowledge people coming in and ask you questions. The light skin girl with freckles Has a horrible attitude and the short dark skin man with glasses to work in the kitchen, don’t need to be there because he ignored me as well. Yall , can’t be deaf and rude pick one

Got a delivery meat burnt and box full of grease … this is ridiculous.. neverrrr have I ever encountered this … grease all thru the box and bag .. chicken ain’t no good

I went through drive through and I ordered 2 peice Texas ,drink bo ice .My drink was not full and top was not on it spilled all over myself and my car.I was charged $2,79 for a soda!! Ridiculous!The chicken was so tasteless but hot.The biscuit was flat and chewing. Never again,even if it is the only place open !

Went to redeem my points and Laquita R was telling me with an attitude that i have to purchase something to redeem it...no i don't..i have tons of points... she said while walking away im not going to deal with this when im the one that works here....she called her manager and walked her thru the steps ....and boom i got my FREE FOOD from MY POINTS...no apology or anything.....cant own up to her mistake..

Went to this location and ordered tenders and Mac and cheese. Drive off and opened my bag…no Mac and cheese. I had corn. Ruined it for me. Especially when the lady asked me twice…waste of my money. Go somewhere else.
