Whoever the manager is at this Church’s Chicken deserves a raise and a lot more recognition. It was super crowded when I came in, but you wouldn’t have known it by how calm and friendly the staff were. The manager greeted everyone with a smile, kept the line moving, reassured guests their food was on the way, and even offered water to those waiting which you rarely see at a fast food spot.

She wasn’t just managing, she was leading checking in with her...
