This place was closed way before time listed

Omg..the worst cinnamon buns I ever seen on 3 different occasions. The guy that works there seem like he had no training & a rookie @ working anywhere period. If they don't get new management soon they may close down. ? Go see for yourself how horrible it is.

They close at 7pm. I arrive at 6:36pm. There is an ENTIRE tray (already iced) in the machine the man refused to sell. I ask him what time do they close, and he refuses to answer the question. It’s not like he had to bake and ice more. Quit if you don’t like customer service. Rude as hell.

I’m only giving one star because I have no choice and it wasn’t far away from where I stayed; other than that, I give this place ZERO stars and do not recommend! Upon arrival, 10:45 am, there was NOBODY there to service anyone and I waited for about 30- 45 minutes to see if someone would come! Nobody showed up and at this point this is just un-professionalism at it’s worst! I called corporate because this is unacceptable!

This location always has hard, dry, and stale looking cinnabons. Idk what they are doing wrong. I gave them a few tries to but the result is still the same. Morrow location is the best so far in the ATL metro.

I order here pretty frequently through Uber Eats, but the last two times I've ordered my cinnamon rolls were very obviously not fresh. The roll I got today was so dried out you'd think it was a week old. Inedible. Only reason I'm generous enough to give 2 stars is because they haven't always been this bad.

I wish I would have taken a picture of the display before I ordered but I didn't want to be "that person." There were 2 young men working on 1/16/21 when I went, they looked like they were in high school so I don't blame them. I blame the manager of this particular location. The rolls were all different sizes, some had a proportionate amount of icing and some didn't. I have never seen such a terrible display. Again, they were young so I didn't expect them to be like the ones I've seen at other locations. One of the young man offered to make a roll for me that had more toppings so that it looked better so I took him up on the offer. Though the roll looked good, it was not fresh, even though they told me they were. It was ok but a little stale. Yikes, don't go here if you have a craving for Cinnabon. Make the drive to another location, it'll be worth it. This is located in South Dekalb Mall so let that be an indication of the quality.

The Cinnabon's look old and dry. The owner claimed they were fresh but they visibly were fresh maybe 10 hours ago. Don't do it to yourself just go somewhere else.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I went to this location around 2:30ish this past Sunday. The young man working there did not speak and when I said hello he just looked at me and said nothing. The cinnamon rolls looked hard and dry. I watched him add another batch fresh out the oven and literally slopped frosting on the top of the cinnamon without spreading it evenly- Even with frosting they looked dry and over-cooked. It looked so gross I left and didn’t but a thing. Horrible service. Looked unsanitary, and dry.

Cinnamon bun seemed a little over iced, but overall good experience

South Dekalb was Terrible, Sugarloaf was much more Professional.

This Cinnabon location was okay. I've only been to two other Cinnabon locations and both were located on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. I think what makes this location only "okay" and not great is that it's situated in the South DeKalb Mall, which is pretty much dying out slowly. There was only one worker at the kiosk past the food court who was friendly enough. (I'm sure one worker is more than enough on most days here). He told us that he was going to make our order fresh, so we'd have to wait about a half hour. We did and he delivered a quality product worth the wait. They ran out of big boxes, so he just put them in smaller ones. The food items are always good, albeit a little overpriced, but my love enjoys his Cinnabon and it was only his second time at one. So the experience was worth it. We were in the area, so it made sense to come to this location, but honestly it's kind of sad to see this mall on its last legs. I would probably seek out another location when the time comes. There's just not a lot going on at this mall to make it worth a second visit unless necessary.

This location should be shut down . There’s no service from the time they open at 10am until 11am I been waiting a hour for two classic Cinnabon’s and the guy that was there wasn’t professional and had a attitude.i also came to this same location the night before and they only had two old classic Cinnabon’s left which I understand because it was close to closing time but they shouldn’t have sold them knowing they had been sitting out all day ..I will never go to this location again...
