I absolutely love this restaurant!!!! First time here and had the pork sandwich. It was sooo tender and the bun seemed steamed, it was so soft and yummy!! The staff here are outstanding. I eat out constantly and the service here is exceptional, especially the guy taking orders today. He was extremely friendly and knew the menu very well.

The customer service at this restaurant is below par. I had a To-Go order and went to where the To-Go orders were sitting on the counter. Several times a young lady walked past or looked at me as she was preparing an order or giving it to a dine-in customer. I finally asked another worker if he didn't mind checking the bags for my name, it was there. Different type of system needed. Got home and the smoked wings look horrendous. Overcooked or old, not sure which. My receipt says ranch for the wings, got BBQ sauce instead. Will not be returning here.
