I am highly disappointed with the service here. I ordered a custom birthday cake online on a Monday for delivery on the upcoming Sunday. After days of trying to contact them (because their phone was disconnected) I finally got ahold of them on Wednesday. I spoke with a lady that told me that she unfortunately had cancel my order because they did not do custom cakes. She said that it will be refunded.
I then order a custom cake online from the dunwoody location. I picked it up on Saturday. The on Sunday the cake from Decatur was delivered. I called the Decatur store and, told them the date/time that I spoke with someone at their location and she tells me that her manager didn’t call anyone. I guess I made it all up and am now stuck with a regular extra cake that was supposed to be refunded. I feel very irritated by the entire interaction. I should have known not to order here based on the reviews.

Weird vibes from the workers. They act snotty and last time I paid for extra ingredients that I did not get although my order was double the price. I will avoid this location and the microaggressions I've noticed during my past couple of visits. I have noticed that some of the businesses in this area have this issue when run by a certain demographic.

Taco Trend Done Wrong Taco icecream is wrapped in saran wrap and very small compared to other locations. The icecream filling did not have any cookies inside of it. Not worth $8+

I always love Corner Stone Ice Cream, but not at this location. I’m never coming back. It tasted like it had been sitting for a long time, and even the waffle bowl smelled like a cleaning product. I just wasted my money—two ice creams cost $19.50. It made me upset.

Zakiyyah which I think is the name of the girl who prepared my ice cream was by far the nicest, kindest, and most patient food service person I've ever met! I got the chocolate truffle ice cream with a bunch of mix ins and it was so delicious. Definitely coming again!
