I was trying to enjoy eating my ice cream when a lady and her Son/Grandson walked a dog inside and sat down. How unsanitary. I would understand if it were a service animal however nothing on this hound stated service . The disrespect. Needless to say it will be while before I visit Cold Stone again. If I wanted dog hair or pet dander in my Ice Cream I would eat Ice Cream at work.
I visited Coldstone Sunday, Feb 25th between the hours of 5pm-6pm.After I returned home to eat my ice cream, I discovered a long strand of hair stuck on the inside of the cup as I was eating. The hair was fine and straight, and my hair is curly so it was not mine. I definitely won’t be returning to this location again.

I am an avid Coldstone ice cream eater, and if you happen to be the same save a trip coming here. I’ve given them 3 chances including today and each time I have been met with decent customer service, but less than satisfactory ice cream. Also considering they hike the prices up higher than any other coldstone, I expect more! Please don’t come here.

This location definitely has new owners. You can tell immediately when you walk in. No greeting, no urgency for service, and not friendly. When I ordered my favorite founders favorite, it tasted very different and not in a good way. It almost tastes like it was going bad. I don't think I will be coming back to this location again.
The ice cream was great, but the customer service is not. This is the second time I've placed an online order &have gone in at the scheduled time& was ignored by the young ladies working there. I had to get their attention, although I was standing right by the register where they served other customers on at least three occasions. I said, "Excuse me" each time the ladies came to the area but I suppose I wasn't loud enough (even with them looking at me) . I got my ice cream after about 10 minutes waiting. We won't be back to this location.
