Avoid this location..

Arrived to pick up an online order that showed as “ready”, when I got there I witnessed another man who also placed an online order being told “they don’t actually look at or prepare orders” they just expect you to show up and if it’s not in stock then that’s not their problem. So you waste your gas and time. They told us we could “go look at what they have” and pick out something different for the same price and the very few cakes available were much smaller and cheaper then what we ordered and one was clearly from over 2 weeks ago on Valentine’s Day, it was messed up, OLD and freezer burnt and they were still charging full price and trying to sell it.

I requested a refund they told me that I have to request it online…. Which isn’t true and not only does it state on the website that each restaurant is independently owned but that only restaurants can refund orders.

So I called customer service in the store and after speaking to customer service and being told the store had literally already processed our order -despite not having any in stock, the customer service rep said they are having to reach out to the manager to be able to get the refund. I went and told the employees what the customer service rep said and ONLY then did they call the manager who told us we would need to wait until tomorrow for him to even process a refund. Completely unprofessional.

Good chicken tenders! But uhhh, I just ordered a strawberry kiwi misty frost and there was something green in my misty frost and it was rubbery 😭 is that normal? It's my first time asking for a misty frost

This evening I went through the drive thru and asked for a brownie batter blizzard and and was told they don’t sell them anymore! But just got one the other day! The young lady with the red braids said why is he asking for a brownie batter blizzard while the other young lady with the gap in her teeth was taking my order I don’t deal with disrespect very well I’ll never spend my money here again ever ! I’ll go to the other side of town so I can get what I want and what I’m paying for!

I think it's time to put DQ in my rearview! I got a reesie cup blizzard.
After eating a nice amount, I realized that I didn't taste anything "dairy" like in my mouth. This ice cream is no longer the rich creamy taste I grew up with! I was very disappointed when I finished it off and STILL no dairy taste or flavor at all. I'm done for good ?? BYEEEE ??

I hope you all know that your staff closes the kitchen down before its closing time. How long are we must we continue to endure poor service and smart mouths and now can't even get food when you're supposed to be open.

Took 15min to place my order. It was only 3 ppl actually working the older lady cooking, the guy at front counter and the guy working the drive thru. The younger employees was jus standing there talking to each other or on the phone.

I tried multiple times to give this store a benefit of a doubt. Not only is it nostalgic as I was a kid growing up, but it.s in the area. Sometimes, you have to drive out for the quality. This is my third time where i.ve ordered my blizzards and fries from them.. a big disappointment. Do not turn it upside down. ROFL, you will def get in trouble. Your orders are to be made to order, but not those fries. A huge take away are the teen staff there. Now their work ethics are to be applauded. They are very hard workers. I guess I.ll go back to my old DQ... I should not have cheated on them. At least my blizzard will be flipped before it is handed to me.. That.s the DQ promise.. Giggles.
