Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

You may be thinking that Dairy Queen is old school and maybe even out of fashion. Not this location! The food is fresh and hot and served with excellent customer service. It might be the best fast food hamburger you can buy. And don't forget the yummy extras like ice cream cakes and chocolate blizzards! This location deserves to succeed because it does it right.

I brought 3 coupons to use before they expired. 1 for a mini blizzard, 1 for 5.99 4 pc tenders basket, and the last was a 1.99 any size blizzard. The coupon for the mini blizzard didn’t work so it’s ok it things happen. I hear the guy scan the other 2, I pay and as I’m leaving I’m looking at my receipt and he charged me fully for the the the blizzard I got. The is not the first time they did this and I wasnt about to go back just wait 10 business days for the money to go back in my acct.

The employees at this location definitely have a listening problem. We ordered 2 blizzards, light on the add-in flavors. Of course, they do the complete opposite. There was so much add ins there was hardly any ice cream. I'll definitely stick to my usual location.

Made Online order around 6:30pm. Small fries and queso dip, medium peanut butter shake and small turtle pecan blizzard treat. Got to location and pulled around to drive through got food. Got home my fries were soggy, my blizzard treat was melted and if I would’ve turned the cup upside down, my ice cream would spilled from cup. And what really made wanted to drive back up there is when I found a straight black hair in my ICE CREAM. I tried calling this location multiple to speak with management and something is wrong with the phones. I LIKED THIS LOCATION UNTIL THIS EXPERIENCE. I will never go to this location again.. selling hair instead of ICECREAM.

Me and my daughter love this specific location, the gentleman is always so nice and he remembers us like we are part of the family. The food is always fresh and properly prepared. Good service and positive energy is hard to find, we love that it is starting to warm up so we can start coming by more often again.

There were only a few people inside. The traffic is a nightmare getting in and out. I haven't tasted my chili dog yet, but the fries I've had better.
