Good service from the window from the guy (with the beard and accent - if you go a lot you know who I mean). Much better then the DQ in Tucker (which is good too). Vandals took out their menu again, so maybe ordering from the app is needed.

The cashier greeted me by saying "yes". She was unfriendly. I ordered a chili dog and waited 10 minutes for it. It was piping hot but tough, chewy, smaller than usual and had a strange taste. It clearly had been microwaved. I discarded it, and I will not return to this location.

I had placed an order for delivery from Uber eats at this location, however, never received my order because this store gave my order to a different Uber driver. When asked to remake my order so that she could fulfill my delivery, they refused her. I then called to address the issue, the manager Leon told me it is not his job to check the orders and make sure the correct driver picks them up and I should not be calling them. His job is only to make the orders and whoever picks them up gets them. This only escalated the situation further! How are you a place of business receiving online/delivery orders and not take any responsibility or part in making sure the right person picks up the correct order???? Furthermore, when Leon was asked for his supervisor’s information, he refused saying if I want it I can go up there and get it myself. The only thing he was willing to provide was horrible customer service, a lack of managerial skills and no accountability.

Dirty tables, dirty floor and dirty tray indicate 91 inspection was generous. $7.99 for what was their $5 meal coupled with the smallest, most insignificant Sunday I have ever seen make this make this a poor value. I won't be back.

Service was absolutely trash, after asking the employee over and over again if they offer a specific menu item she kept telling me no. So I pulled up my app and showed her that well its offered on the app, so why wouldn't it be offered in store??? The manager confirmed with me that i was correct and they do clearly offer what I kept asking for. The employee was extremely rude and out of character and the manager offered the item to me free of charge but I refused due to the lack of customer service I received from employee. Do better!

Ordered a cotton candy blizzard. They gave me a spoon first, then the blizzard came with a lid. Why? To use the spoon you have to throw away the lid.I noticed that it was badly mixed. Most of the candy was on top (there wasn't a lot of candy to begin with). The bottom half was completely void of candy sprinkles.They didn't do the flip thing. I felt compelled to do it myself. It feel to the floor.I have been going to DQ for decades so I know what they are about. Felt like these people were cutting corners and skimping on things. Not a good experience. Does the brand a disservice.

Do not go to this location. Ordered a butterfinger blizzard, and when I got it, it was visibly missing any butterfinger. Staff was clueless and unwilling to remedy so I asked for the manager. The manager was dismissive, rude, and insulting. Definitely avoid this location.

This location is definitely not consistent. This is the second time I’ve come and the gravy has been off. And that’s the whole reason I get DQ. The last time it tasted spoilt and it made me sick and this time it doesn’t even look or taste like their gravy. It’s overly seasoned too. So I’m not gonna risk it again. Which sucks because I pay extra to get extra gravy because I dip everything in it (fries & chicken with bread) so not only did I waste $1 on the gravy but $10 on the whole meal because I can’t eat it the way I intend to and for the whole reason I chose to get DQ. It’s a different meal without the gravy and having to dip it in ketchup at home. I’d rather have gotten something else then. Very disappointed. They also put like no toppings in the blizzard even though I also pay extra for extra toppings. It’s a rip off. Sad I went today and wasted my money and meal there.
