Didn't want to fix my order through DoorDash. Canceled my order not too soon after. Can't even support business that's in the community

?Edit 10/28/24 the lemon pepper wings are not the same !!! They are not good don’t waste your money here 18$ for a 10pc combo no seasoning on the wings! ?Please don’t eat here!!

I personally will not order from this location again. I ordered online got to the location went to the door to find out you have to pick up at the window only. Mind you it's an outrageous line. Ppl place online orders to avoid waiting in long lines. So now my food was ready at 7:35 and I have 9 cars in front of me because you can only pick up at the window... Ridiculous!!

This is drive thru only to pick up your food, I had to wait behind 6 cars for 20 minutes and then when I finally got to the window my food wasn’t even ready…. Which is kinda good because I definitely didn’t want any cold food… but the wait is ridiculous.. food was good and cheap… great wings

ORIGINAL 1 Star: This is such a petty interaction but I placed an order directly through their website. I picked up my order & I drove off. I opened my cookie bag and there's chocolate chip cookies instead of Red velvet which is what I ordered. I called in and was told "they are out of stock" I said ok but it allowed me to order them on the website, she said "after we saw your order we put them out of stock" once again OK but why didn't any one advise me of this instead of giving me something I didn't request? I asked for a refund for the amount of the cookies and was told to "request it through doordash." I said I did not place my order on doordash, I did it directly through their website. I was then told to give them my number and the manager would call me back. I gave my number and clarified he would call me back tonight to which the cashier on the phone replied yes then RIGHT before we hung up she snuck in a "hopefully." Like what? I'm like wait no let's not play those type of games I need a direct answer. She then tells me well idk because "we're busy." Mind you all of her responses were quick, snappy and cut throat. WHY AND HOW WHEN IT IS YOUR ERROR? I wasn't rude I was talking calmly (until the "hopefully" part) Their was no empathy or ownership for their mistake. The amount of unprofessionalism I just experienced is beyond my comprehension over $2.59 cookies. Wow. Needless to say if I dont get the phone call I'm disputing with my bank. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PULL OFF⚠️

UPDATE 4 stars: The day after I went back up there and spoke with the manager. i was given 6 cookies for the inconvenience. My issue was resolved

This Davidos service has gone down. They hire young adults and teenagers who have no sense of urgency or work ethic. I called my food in and was told 30mins, only to arrive and my food is still not ready. The young lady at the window gets an attitude with me because she fixed the wrong drinks. I told the other young lady I didn’t want her serving my food and could she give me my food once it’s ready and she told me to pull around to the front door and she would bring it out. After waiting for another 10mins I asked for a refund, I didn’t want them playing in my food. I’m never coming back, I love Davidos and come here very often, but I’m not spending money where the customer service is awful.

Placed an order early. Arrived there to only have my wings not be ready, pizza is not hot, employees have attitudes and I saw someone place an order for wings after I had already called in and paid. Waited 40 minutes outside in the heat after calling the order in 30 minutes prior. Inside is closed and you are almost guaranteed to be placed on hold when calling.

I love Davidos. Found it in 2017 and have shopped at this specific location only on countless occasions. Sorry it took 7 years to write the review. They live up to their reputation for food, it's perfect. But I kid you not... there has not been a time (unless I'm greeted by who I assume is the owner, darker older male, gray hair) where them young girls not providing service with a full blown attitude. I get we're in an era where you just kind of let customer service workers be who they gone be...theyre hot, overwhelemed, underpaid, understaffed...i get it! but every time with those attitudes is too much. From answering the phone to the drive thru.... your food is too good for the lack of enthusiasm in service. They hate their job.
