I went to this location and ordered a seafood boil from juicy crab. I asked for shrimp with potato and egg with ramen on the side. Once I check my bag i see that my ramen is not in there. I go inside and politely ask for it, they gave it to me no hassle. I then happily leave as I am eating my shrimp boil I realize they gave me corn instead of potatoes. So, I drive back and bring them the food. By then they are aggravated. So the worker comes to the front asks what’s the problem and I tell him, he fixes it. I leave and begin to eat my boil again just to bite into a potato that was not cooked thoroughly. Overall this was a terrible experience. I just wish they could have got my order right the first time.

Can you put the website back to how it was? Before you could order from multiple restaurants, but now you have to do separate orders... This might be ok, except that sometimes, it starts to tell you that some restaurants are closed when they aren't. And then you have half an order placed, and can't get the other things.

This was the first time I ever ordered food from here. It was an interesting experience. It would have been nice if someone could have explained exactly how it works, as far as ordering and scanning your phone in order for a door to open and you get your food that way. The food was fantastic, but me and my wife were extremely frustrated with the process.

Went in for weekday lunch. Quite a few places were closed. and waiting time was at least 30 minutes on most items and shops. Did not order after seeing the prices and sent to a different place after seeing the other reviews and the other person who was waiting for a while and did not risk

I've tried Thai in Decatur, Hibachi Haven and Vegetarian To Go. Each are expensive but none of them are bad, just unremarkable. The wait times on pickups however are awful. On average orders are ready 20-25 mins after quoted wait times and there seems to be consistent confusion around the handoff to the lockers. Counter help is a joke and really the atmosphere is just cold and uninviting, sort of like a bus station. It's Decatur, there are plenty of options, go somewhere else. This place ain't it.

Love Thai decatur it is great. Tried something else today and it was a horrible experience. I ordered from village kitchen the first photo below, but the second photo is what I received.
Requested a refund and spoke to a young man who wasn’t professional at all! He asked me to hold a minute then hung up on me.
If it hadn’t been for the great attention I received from the lady in the office I would not have been able to get a refund. My suggestion is don’t do it!
Following up on this matter, the owner lied to me about giving a refund. Further, because of this situation I realized that I don’t want to loose any more money to businesses that will not communicate with me when I encounter a problem. The young ladies sitting in the office when you first go into the building cannot help you with anything other than helping you find your food. Also, if you order food directly through their website you will need their help to find your food because the little boxes that open when you scan a QR code only work with and for food purchased through a third party food site like Grubhub or Uber Eats.

Thoroughly deceptive. Tiny place, arbitrarily closed, rudimentary dining facilities. Don't believe the hype.
They have the best food and I like their food the only bad thing about them is that their closed often a lot and they allow you to order online and when you get there you'll find out that your order has been canceled this has happened 3 weeks in a row. I think if you wanted to order you need to make sure that they're open because their site allows you to order and on your way you'll get a notice that your order has been canceled. Make sure u check to see if they are open cuz they will take ur order then you'll be pissed that you made a blank trip they got to do better
Recently ordered the ghost pepper "chicken wings". They were chicken nuggets that looked nothing like the picture. The chicken had no flavor and seemed to just be breaded pre-frozen nuggets. The sauce it self had a horrible flavor. Do not recommend.
