The lady who runs this place is mean. She is only kind to the old men that dont cook for themselves and come here for lunch. They used the MICROWAVE FOR MY CHICKEN! By the time I got to my destination my chicken was dry as a biscuit! She is definitely adding major tax. Everything on the shelves is outdated. She is sweating and wiping her face and talking all over your food. Rude if you're not a man. The food would be good if it wasn't being run like they're trying to hold on and pinch pennies. I use to like this spot. Not anymore.

To hell with gasoline draws as my grandma would say…before I left and the plate was shown and it looked full and smelled good. When I got home and this is LITERALLY my “large oxtail” plate portion smh if I didn’t live so far I would’ve went back because this is ridiculous…I paid for OXTAILS and only got the capital O…plus the oxtails had no flavorrrrrr…this plate was made up of rice and gravy basically and who the hell puts peas in CABBAGE?!?! The best thing was the slice of hard dough bread given with the jerk smh almost $100 on food I’d expect it to at least taste nice

I live south of ATL, so on the weekends I get up early to grocery shop and find good eats. This was good! My family had ackee an’ salt fish, and I had red pea soup and I had to have the jerk from the grill. I was hungry but this was good. I will stop there again when I grocery shop. Was very disappointed!!!Jamaican food is one of my favorites. I walked out of there spending $45 for the oxtail meal, a patty, macaroni and cheese and a drink. The food was old macaroni and cheese was as hard as a brick you can tell it was just not one day old. It was days old, so angry due to the amount of money, I spent here!!! Never again, seems like everything is being reheated in a microwave!!!! nothing seems to be fresh here!! SAD!!!!!!

I’ve been coming here for years ,.I always get the Jerk chicken because it’s always fresh especially when the owner is there you can ask for one right off the Grill ..But today was terrible I asked for jerk chicken I asked for one right of the grill. The guy said he took it off the grill about an hour ago ..so I said that’s not bad I’ll take it .Paid for it left as soon as I opened I could tell the chicken was microwaved ..i bit the chicken ..chicken dry like dirt ??? skin rubbery bone brown it’s no way that chicken just came off the grill an hour ago ..This sealed the deal I will not be back ..Ms Delia better come back quick before she lose all her customers..

I bought small red peas soup for $61pc of meat that was approximately 1/4” thick with a whole lot of vegetables with half cup of broth ?.this don’t even taste like red peas soup. I had better soup, well back to golden Krust I could’ve went to farmers market right next door and buy my own meat and cook my own red peas soup.On there soup I’ll give this store 1 ⭐️ for being cheap on meat

I love the authenticity of how Dellia makes her jerk. She makes it in a jerk pit and so you're tasting as close to jerk that you would find in Boston, Jamaica. Her secret sauce is great too. My only wish is that either the sauce or the meat was spicer and this probably isn't so because she's trying to appeal to everyone's palate. Great experience all the time I've been there.
