Iâm reaching out because this is the second time my pizza has come out burned. I really like this location because itâs super convenient, and the staff is always cool and friendly. Lately, though, the pizza quality hasnât been the best, which has been a little disappointing.

DAVID THE âMANGERâ HUNG UP IN MY face after I called for an update on my delivery order. 0/10 customer service. I ordered my pizza at 3. Called for an update at 4:15, just to see when I could expect it. I did not get smart or anything of that nature and just wanted an update. David then hung up on me mid sentence and hung up again when I called back. Will be calling corporate. No problem with the order being late, but hanging up in my face is unacceptable.

Customer Service HORRIBLE. Ordered online, got there at my pick up time. Only to wait 20mins not be acknowledged. Then when I finally was acknowledged, I was told a few more mins. Knowing that they hadn't started on my order at all. Another young lady asked about my order seen the ticket and tried to slide it to her CO worker to make. It's like if you employees are going to be lazy at the jobs. Why work in the first place SMH. Now it had been an hour at this point. I cancelled and ordered at Wesley Chapel by the time I got there my order was done within 12mins. And they were just as busy. This STORE SUCKS MANAGEMENT AND ALL

11/21/25 - Iâm an idiot and ordered delivery from this store again. Itâs been an hour and a half since I ordered online, the app says delivered but of course the food isnât here. No one is answering the store and currently been on hold for 16 minutes. Will not make this mistake again.
3/2021 - Received lukewarm pizza after it took 2 1/2 hours to get our delivery. The app said our food was quality checked at 1:06, called and waited on hold to talk to someone at the store at 2:39 and was told our order was just getting out of the oven. Delivered at 3:30.

Tried to order through the app, but the app was down and directed us to the store. I called this location and placed the order over the phone. My credit card number was stolen as a result. I hope the owner reads these.

I just went up there I wonât be back I saw nobody wearing gloves just making the pizza. I saw that and went helllllllll naw cancel my order asap. My kids wasnât about to eat any germs.

Recently got delivery from this location and the pizza showed up 3hours later. I was famished, the pizza was cold, and the crust was burnt. Bad experience overall.

Do not go to this location!! They have started going downhill! I donât know if itâs because of new employees or what. I started going to this Dominos on Columbia Drive a few months ago and had no issues. But recently starting in October, I had to wait ridiculously too long for my online order. And the last order I placed was for a build your own pizza. The order was late once again. Then they remade my order but it wasnât better the second time. I looked at my pizza and order of Parmesan bites before leaving the parking lot. The pizza was not made correctly. It was supposed to basically be a bbq chicken pizza with mushrooms and green peppers. The chicken, green bell peppers, and mushrooms should have been baked within the rest of the pizza and not just placed on top. I have ordered this pizza many times enough to know how it is supposed to look. Secondly, I ordered Parmesan bread bites. Instead I received cinnamon bites. I took my order back in and said my order was totally incorrect and that I want a refund. All they did was apologize.
Plus I selected curbside pickup. Why does this location require a customer such as myself to call the storeâs phone number to let them know that I have a curbside pickup? If the app allows you to select when you are at the location, then the store is supposed to receive an alert that a customer is outside to pick up their order. I know this to be true because I opted for curbside pickup at another Dominos location and they came and brought me my order. This has given me enough reasons to start going to another Dominos Pizza location. I donât play when it comes to customer service!!

Horrible customer service. Extremely slow delivery with the same excuse that theyâre busy and short on drivers. Gives unrealistic delivery time frames. Doesnât offer to comp anything.

My first order was cancelled and I lost my free item I got with my points. My second order had an item missing and my order had fallen on the ground because they set it on my planter. Awful and won't pick up their phone.

The worst dominoes ever. Took over two hours to get my order - they claimed they gave the first one to the wrong person then took another hour to deliver the remake and refused to refund me.
