I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering and waiting for nothing! No pizza no delivery and no dinner. I paid already so they are thieves now. Don’t waste your time at dominoes pizza. This was my first time ordering from them and it is definitely my last. Go somewhere else is my advice to anyone who is looking for a good honest establishment. I will be disputing the charges just in case they forget to refund my money. This after we waited 2 hrs to find out they weren’t coming. It’s only a matter of time that these businesses that are run by lazy non motivated individuals that the end is coming that you will be forced to close your doors for lack of customers, forever.. I’m old enough to have witnessed this first hand. It’s not if, it’s when and hopefully soon so ppl won’t have to be treated like this.

Ordered on uber eats. Got a call from Dominio’s saying they won’t have a driver at the store until much later. This is false advertising. I was led to believe uber eats would be delivering my order not Dominio’s. Please do better.

Ordered a pizza at 7pm, it’s currently two hours out and we have no idea where our order is. Not only this but we called the place and they laughed at us and hung up after waiting on hold for an hour. I wish I could give this Domino’s a 0/5 stars.

I was very pleased with my handmade pan pizza. Karleah made my pizza with extra cheese the way I like it. It was fresh, hot, and deliciously tasty.

DO NOT GO HERE HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!I wish I could leave no stars!!! The manager of this store spoke to me in a extremely rude manner. He accused me of not paying for my order, but there was something wrong with there system and once the driver came back to my residence I allowed him to see my online banking transaction, which indicated that I had indeed paid for my order and the manager yelled at me and demanded that I return the pizza in which I had a slice out of it and it was undercooked and doughy, yuck! So the pleasure was all mine to give him back his raw pizza! I then let it be known that he will definitely be reported to their corporate office for being unprofessional and rude to a paying customer. I will never patronize a domino's establishment again! that boy of a manager needs to be retrained. You have to be wise of who you hire they can really make your business take a nose Dive Quickly !!!

On 08/26/2023, I placed an order using the app. I was informed it was ready, and I came thirty minutes later after getting that notification. I had to wait another thirty minutes because they said it was still in the oven. When I got home, I realized the pizza was so undercooked it was falling apart. This all happened around 9:30 PM-10:00 PM.
First… I placed my order at 2:45The wait was 70-85 minutes with the manager “Josh”I settled in and began waiting and now it’s 5:31pm 3 hours later and I still haven’t received my food. I have called and heard them lilting saying it’s headed out now and that’s been over 3 times they lied about bringing my food. I started asking for additional food since they want to keep it there and the manager denied it. Not only is the customer service trash but you literally keep people on the phone without answering to keep the food and their money !!? What kind of scam is this?!? The worse experience I have ever had and I have been a loyal customer for years nowYou really have no loyalty and will treat your customers like a foolFire whoever is in there asap, you are about to lose a location keeping them employed

How can you have delivery service? And will not deliver 2 blocks away to a apartment complex because they scared or had a problem with 1 person out of the complex. Just shut this place down. Food is never right and it's always long wait times

On 6/27/2023, Ordered online at 10:42 pm. At 11pm they cancelled my order. Did not call to say why and would not answer the phone. Not their first time rocking the bad service. Probably time for me to stop using this location. Most def would not recommend!

I have ordered 30+ minutes ago and I ordered a marvel cookie brownie that was way to over cooked it was burnt. As well as the pizza it was overed cook as well not burnt but over cooked. My drinks where flat I ordered a 2 liter orange fanta 2 liter coke and 20oz orange fanta but I only got a 2 liter orange fanta and 20oz coke and 20oz orange fanta. 2 liters cost more a few cents but those few cents I can never get back this is my favorite dominoes but this was just so unacceptable I'm not saying that I will stop ordering here but please step up and do better next time and with other people food to. -Thank You
