This was my first time ordering inside rather than using the drive-thru, and I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I waited at the counter for service for far too long, as the employees seemed more focused on the drive-thru, which I understand since it serves more people. However, I felt completely ignored.
When the manager finally took my order, it was rung up correctly, but the sandwich I received was not what I ordered, and the iced coffee tasted off. I asked them to correct it, and they did, but overall, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I would suggest that they be more attentive to their dine in customers. I hope any future visits to this location are much better.
All three chai teas were made with a syrup that was already sweetened, where’s the spice??we came home and added more oat milk and it was still too sweet. None of us finished them, not to mention all the donuts were hard. I don’t think either of the shots of caffeine I requested were in there at all. I’ve never had a dry stale glazed donut in my life and we live in Arizona. They just don’t care about the quality here. The best ones are up east, what a waste of 60.00….

I visited this morning (7/14) and the people working were very kind but most importantly they got my order correct.
