I literally run on Dunkin! I’ve been going to this location multiple times per week over the past two years since it is so close to my house! However, over the past three months, their brewed coffee has been HORRIBLE!! I’m used to some pretty bad coffee but this tastes like warmed water with no coffee taste. If you look at the “coffee” it literally looks like water. I’m not sure if they are trying to cut corners and save on costs but I’m so disappointed. Please fix this!! Don’t make me go to McDonald’s for coffee but at this point McDonald’s beats this coffee.

Extreeeemely nice and clean! I found hair in my brkfst croissant and brought it back. I kindly explained that I didn't get to enjoy it. The worker and Mgr were extremely nice, made me another one and asked me to check the food before leaving. I noticed he had one glove on. He didn't touch anything with the one glove, only the hand w/out glove which tells me a lot how mindful they r for cleanliness. He made sure I had napkins and apologize with a smile. I'll be returning.

First time I got coffee from here I could tell it was burnt. Second time and yet again, burnt. As an establishment that literally markets nothing but coffee, how do you keep burning it.Thanks.

We dropped $10 on breakfast, and they wanted $0.50 for water! Insane. Clean fresh, all that's great, but I'm not coming back out of principle. Also, coffee was burnt and watered down.

The staff on Saturday afternoon was totally inadequate. The drive thru line was over 10 cars deep and the staff totally ignored the customers inside the shop.

Bought a Baskin-Robbins birthday cake for my grandson. Everyone loved it. Would definitely go back there again for another ice cream cake.

Consistently great coffee & consistently great service! I happily bypass another Dunkin & drive out of my way to go to this location (which I visit 3-4 times per week). It has proven to be worth it every time! I have not tried the food items so I am unable to rate the food at this time. Thanks guys & Keep up the awesome work!!!

The manager there is absolutely horrible. She does not listen, nor does she has patience. I told her I want one of their hot signature, caramel craze lattes with only two pumps of the caramel, because I like to taste more of the coffee than the sweetness of it no cinnamon, and she literally made it twice and both times it was extremely sweet the last time it was more milk than it was coffee absolutely horrible. She said she would make it one more time and then I said yeah after that you can just give me my money back and she said well I’ll just give your money back now, as if she knew she was not going to make it right . And then when she gave me my money back, she snatched her hand away so quick almost dropped the money but instead thank God, I only drop the receipt in the water next to the second window.She got an attitude she gives terrible customer service. The black guy with the dreads does extremely well and he is actually the one that should be the manager . And then when I told her that I always get these every single day, she says well I’m the manager here and I this is my first time seeing you. Your first time seeing me does that really mean I don’t come here often it was just horrible, so what I did was go to their competitor up the street

I went to Duncan Donuts today and asked for a Decaf Frozen Iced Coffee. The cashier act like I was speaking a foreign language. She asked two other staff members if they knew what I was talking about. They looked just as confused as she did.‍I then said, give me what's equivalent to a Frappe. Mind you my co-worker went there two days ago ordered and bought the same Frozen Iced Coffee that I asked for.‍ The staff at this location always seem discombobulated and irritated. They don't t have a clue about anything. I wish they would get a whole new crew‍
