I was disappointed with my recent experience. The atmosphere did not reflect a professional work environment, as there appeared to be excessive horseplay among staff. Additionally, my drink was prepared incorrectly, and the employees gave the impression that they were bothered by customer requests.

You know I've been going here since they've been built. 2 years. I never ever had aproblem.and I go here all times. And I do reviews.I could go like at 8:20 p.m. before they close always get excellent service even if they're out of the donuts that I have wanted they always accommodate if they're not in stock The ladies that work there are super nice I mean this is the ideal dunkin' donuts.. this is my community dunkin' donuts Love it

Truly as someone who has worked in fast food and restaurants my whole life, charging $1.00 for a small cup of water is absolutely insane. $0.10 is annoying, but I'll pay it, $0.50 is honestly corporate greed but again I guess it's not the worst thing for slowing down their drive through line - but seriously a dollar on top of the coffee and breakfast I'm already buying (plus the attitude at the window when I ask for it late because my kid didn't ask me for one when we were ordering at the speaker) is just absolutely unnecessary. Places like this need to realize completely greedy/unnecessary policies like this really only lead to the loss of regulars.

VERY SLOW WENT IN THE INSIDE TO GET FASTER SERVICE it was only 1 other customer and it STILL took 10 mins to make a iced matcha …. With 9 employees working. If you are going to advertise as a togo place your service should be efficient when it comes to getting orders out to the customers. Workers were coming in at 7:45 am getting their personal stanleys filled up. Just no sense of urgency. Doing everything but getting the orders out. And my matcha is DISGUSTING compared to all the other times ive ordered the exact same thing SMH

Made an order at 8pm and arrived at 820 to pick it up. They said they close their kitchen at 8 and get told to come back in the morning. I’ll go back to Gwinnett if I want to use Dunkin.

I ordered an iced coffee, it was made hot. I was then told to wait for my coffee to be made correctly. The cashier brought me hot coffee with ice. Anyone who drinks iced coffee can definitely tell the difference.
