I ordered an iced coffee, it was made hot. I was then told to wait for my coffee to be made correctly. The cashier brought me hot coffee with ice. Anyone who drinks iced coffee can definitely tell the difference.

I ordered a triple espresso today and asked for a cup of ice for the espresso. The manager tried to charge me for a cup of ice! Crazy! It is for the espresso. This is the second time they try to charge me for ice after it was confirmed by corporate there should be no charge. I ordered an espresso and the manager still would not give me ice. What kind of business does this to their customer, twice! I will not being going back there. Bad enough Dunkin charge for whip cream and they want to charge $.50 for ice too.🤔Shame on the manager too for denying me ice for my espresso.

I really can't say enough good stuff about the staff here. Every time I come in I get greeted by name; and even when they're out of something I ordered they do everything they can to make it right.
Previous negative reviews mentioned the staff as being a problem, but I haven't seen any evidence of that.

If you have a dairy allergy/serious lactose intolerance, don't even try to come here. My wife is allergic to dairy. Each time we come, we ask for oat milk. Each time, she has an allergic reaction. Customers should be able to trust that their drink won't cause them physical harm without having to explicitly specify their extreme dietary needs. I've worked in food service for 5 years, it's never been that hard to remember how to follow instructions. Y'all need to seriously get your ish together before someone tries to sue you.

This place is a very unprofessional establishment. There customer service need major work if they want to continue to do business with human being who they tend to treat any kind of way. Whether or not it’s working there or just dining in or out. It is an atrocious establishment that need more training on how to be professional and a respectful business. I rate this a 1-5 simply because that’s the lowest number there. Have a bless day and watch out.

Management needs to be fired and entire staff replaced. Each time I've come here there's always a problem. Then when there is someone serving me I like, they quit, or reference they're not being paid in a timely manner. This woman that made my coffee the past few weeks is now no longer here. I asked the manager why and what happened, another person that I didn't ask responded, "she quit because from what I'm hearing she didn't get paid.."
I asked the woman is she the manager. She said no and I then told her to mind her business. This is a good location for the store, but management along with staff needs to be revamped immediately. I'm from Florida and love Dunkin, but after this. I won't be coming back to this location until this entire staff on the morning crew is out the building.
