This place is a very unprofessional establishment. There customer service need major work if they want to continue to do business with human being who they tend to treat any kind of way. Whether or not it’s working there or just dining in or out. It is an atrocious establishment that need more training on how to be professional and a respectful business. I rate this a 1-5 simply because that’s the lowest number there. Have a bless day and watch out.

Management needs to be fired and entire staff replaced. Each time I've come here there's always a problem. Then when there is someone serving me I like, they quit, or reference they're not being paid in a timely manner. This woman that made my coffee the past few weeks is now no longer here. I asked the manager why and what happened, another person that I didn't ask responded, "she quit because from what I'm hearing she didn't get paid.."
I asked the woman is she the manager. She said no and I then told her to mind her business. This is a good location for the store, but management along with staff needs to be revamped immediately. I'm from Florida and love Dunkin, but after this. I won't be coming back to this location until this entire staff on the morning crew is out the building.
Needs new management the manger seems like she has an attitude everyday.

Horrible coffee it's a hit or miss in the morning with this place. Not sure who is brewing the coffee, but I have yet to get a good cup of coffee. They should have made this a Starbucks instead this place seems to become a ghost town after noon. Do yourself a favor and travel down the road to the flagship Dunkin Donuts better customer service there

You need to make THIS Dunkin’ you’re EVERYDAY Dunkin’. The staff, ESPECIALLY the Manager, will treat you like a neighbor & offer great service. They know me BY NAME and they always get my day started in the right foot.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits, 2 hash browns, and 2 Starry bottled sodas. The best thing was the soda. The hash browns tasted nasty because they were cooked in old oil and tasted like everything else that was cooked before it. The chicken biscuit wasn't very tasty either. I placed my drive-thru order at 8:30 this morning. This was the first and the last time that I will patronize this store. Everything was nasty, except for the soda. Yuck ?

3rd time at this location and my coffee taste like brown water. The drive thru employee was non chalant, careless and left me talking to myself. If you want good coffee and great service just drive to the original dunkin' on memorial dr in that auto parts plaza. It's sad...I tried to support this business.
