I went through the drive through and i ordered a chai and accidentally requested it with soy milk (which they do not carry). instead of double checking which alternative milk i wanted, the worker gives me the latte with regular milk. I tell her I can’t have regular milk and could I have it with oat milk since they don’t have soy.
I’m 99% positive she takes the label off the drink with regular milk and gives it to me anyway because I’m having a severe reaction to it.
Totally unnecessary to do this, food allergies are real and this could have been more dangerous if done to someone with a fatal allergy

Very quiet and easy to open up my laptop and work for a few hours while I enjoy my favorite coffee in the world. Mostly friendly staff and very accommodating as well. Drive thru is kinda tight to get through but manageable. Usually consistent with a few customers ordering but never crowded
