I went to Dunkin this morning to get breakfast and use a gift card. First of all I wasn't greeted. The self serve kiosk was down and it took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Then once I placed my order, I was told that my digital gift card was fake the employee Ravi reached out to his manager and that he was told to call the police. As an African American male that is a very serious threat to make, especially to someone that is just trying to order breakfast. I left because I didn't want my life to be unnecessarily endanger, by police activity. I have used a similar gift card before and didn't have any issue at another location. I have been to this location, before and the service is very rude. They appear to be racist as well. I will soon post a video of this experience at this location to all of my social media accounts. I will never patronize that store again and I will tell all of my coworkers at the BMW dealership around the corner not to as well.

Something strange is going on with this location. They are understaffed just about every day and behind the counter is complete chaos every time I pickup an order. Wasnt like this a year ago.

I ordered through the app this morning and arrived before the order was ready. Thankfully, I got to watch them make my coffee and realized that they had added a 3rd ingredient into my drink. When they gave it to me, I asked the young lady what she added. At that point she looked at the make order and realized she had added chocolate, an allergen, to the drink. She apologized and corrected it. I took the drink and food order and left. As I bit into what should have been a sausage, egg and cheese croissant, there was no sausage.

Poor customer service. Staff does not great you upon arrive. Bathroom had urine and blood on seat with no tissue from bathroom. When order is prepared they don’t call you name but steer at you.

I’ve been to multiple Dunkin’ Donuts and never have i been charged for a PUP CUP ESPECIALLY AFTER IS Spending $15 dollars. I don’t mind paying but it seemed intentional and they didn’t have button for the pup cup to be charged.

Ordered toasted bagels....they used to spread the topping....they did not....and asked for double toasted, because it just comes out like stale dried bread and zero toasted char.
