This location has been our Dunkin base since moving to the area in 2021. Our family has a very specific order and this location ALWAYS has all the items we need, when others often tell us they do not have our donuts in stock. The most rude old man that works night shift top 5 in Atlanta so far. I do not know how the rest of the employees give service but the old man doing the night shift have zero customer service and always talks like he is in a rush and I probably bothered him by trying to spend money there. If this was the first time I would have not written a review since people can have bad days. But this is the third time and now I’m going to save this place to make sure I do not ever go there by mistake even.

I stop at dunkin' donuts near my job everyday perfect service everyday but this one near my house I never stopped there because the service is so awful she charged me for a couple of ice after I spent $16 and then she handed me a couple of ice and said you're welcome how ghetto is that I said ma'am I'm the consumer you should say thank you now I understand why all the neighbors in my community said that's a awful dunkin' donuts after they waited so long

It must be privately owned cause I asked for a cup of ice like I usually do because I like I ice coffee, but they never put enough ice, so I get an extra cup. The guy told me it was 81 cents. Huh!!!! And he says the cup my coffee is in was free, so I would have to pay for another one, but technically, it is not free. I paid for the coffee that's in it. I went to my usual DD and walked in and asked for a cup of ice no charge.
I went in for the $6 meal...there were only 6 burnt tatar toys in the bag, the drink was bland (ice coffee) and I had to find the bacon in the sandwich. I will never go to this location again.

Rude older lady at the drive thru window. I will thirst to death before I give them another dollar. You can’t be rude and want customers. Drinks were not good. We couldn’t even drink them and we go to Dunkin in Tucker several days a week. It’s disappointing when Dunkin’s brand is always consistent and definitely a favorite of mine. However, today I was disappointed. Things are expensive and this was a simple pleasure that we have enjoyed over the years as a family. I don’t want anything, not asking for anything free or my money back. I just want you to spend a few extra moments/training on creating an environment that is welcoming.
