Baskin Robbins and Dunkin. First time here. Located on Memorial Drive, close to Rock bridge Rd. Next to Waffle House and Advanced Auto.Crowded. Staff wasn't too friendly and they were out of some flavors. Ive been a regular at this Dunkin' location for quite some time, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the coffee is consistently good. The location is convenient, especially for those on the go. My only minor gripe is that the drive-thru line can get a bit long during peak hours, but it's understandable given the popularity of the place. Overall, a great spot for a quick coffee fix!

Very disappointed in my experience at this location. I purchased muffins for breakfast and returned within two minutes to advise of stale food. The customer service was poor when I asked to address the issue and provide either a substitute or refund. Definitely not the customary good customer service nor quality of food that I've ever experienced at other Dunkin'. Donut locations.
I didn’t go in I used the drive through but I ordered about 4/5 drinks and the egg bites, maple bacon and croissants. None of the drinks were messed up, I received everything ina decent amount of time it had to be about 7:30 am when I pulled through. The drive thru had a few cars but the crew moved at a steady pace you can tell they have great communication. The customer service was nice and the food was hot! They left no crumbs lol and neither did I ?? I appreciate you alls hard work in there thank you !

Ordered a uber order of a hasbrown bowl and paid over 15 for delivery and the item. and my hasbrown bowl was. not even filled up 1/3 of the way. absolutely ridiculous!

I live close by and I feel blessed by this Dunkin'. They have the perfect ratio of coffee and milk and they WILL make it sweeter or less if preferred. They care about the Dunkin' name and it's arguable the better chain coffees. Especially done right. It feels how up North cares about their Dunkin' coffee. One of the better coffee chains.
