I gave the previous about a m9nth ago and said I would never order a sandwich from this Dunkin Donuts again. Well, I decided to give them another chance be cause everybody makes mistakes or has a bad day. Wrong decision for me! I decided to get 2 egg and cheese wake-up wraps through the drive-thru. I figured that should be pretty easy. I was wrong! I was given 2 wake-up wraps with sausage on them. I parked and went inside and told them they gave me the wrong order. I was given 2 egg and cheese wraps, but the cheese was burnt! I didn't notice it until I got home. I was soooo mad! This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts that I've ever been to. I am not a glutton for punishment! I will NOT be back!!
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant through the drive-thru. When I got it, the croissant and the bacon were burnt! Also, there was hardly any bacon on it. It looked like crumbs. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of it. I went inside and asked if it could be remade with more bacon. The guy at the register said coldly, 'We can remake it, but you only get 2 pieces of bacon.' I asked him to just remake it without it being burnt. When I got it, the bacon was still burnt around the edges. I will NEVER order another sandwich from them!

Q is a superstar ✨️. She gave me excellent customer service. We joked because she thanked me for ordering like they take the order in the POS and for knowing what I wanted. I pride myself on efficiency, so we instantly became friends in that moment. That aside, my order was correct and I had a very positive experience. Q is the best thing about that location though.

The service was just not good. The attendant at the window didnt even seem like he wanted to be there as he kept forgetting to give me things from my order I had to ask for on 2 separate occasions before I pulled off. This place is close to the house but I think ima venture alittle further out next time to another dunkin

Today was hot and humid, and it's been a rough week as well. Luckily when I came in here a nice lady named Liz was there to greet me. I dont know what she did but she made me feel special and all my troubles melted away. Its amazing what simply being nice to someone does. Thanks Liz.

I normally don’t write reviews but this time I just had to. I was excited to eat breakfast this morning but I was not by the Dunkin’ that I usually go to which is usually the one on memorial drive. Regardless, I went here and got a egg and cheese bagel and a mango pineapple refresher. The refresher was amazing and very good but the bagel was HORRIBLE. I could not enjoy it one bit. It’s like whatever they used to toast my bagel was dirty, it smelled dirty, tasted dirty, and I had to spit it out. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return because I was already on the way somewhere but I definitely will not ever return to this location again. I gave two stars because the drink was at least good but everything else was horrible.
