I have ordered multiple times on Uber eats at this location and for whatever reason they can never get my order right. Either it’s missing something or made wrong, I really don’t get it. Ive decided to not order from this location any more. I even ordered matcha only one time and was confused as to why it tasted like coffee but had green foam on top. When I went to dump it out, it was brown which obviously means it was coffee and someone mixed it with matcha powder.Please make it make sense.

I ordered a Matcha latte with brown sugar syrup and oat milk. When I got to the front, they handed me a brown sugar shake, and I informed them that it wasn’t what I ordered. The lady who took my order started saying “I didn’t hear much latte” over and over again. I apologize for the miscommunication and reset my actual order, they made the order and when I got home to take a sip, I realize that there was no brown sugar syrup in it and they used regular milk instead of almond milk. Just a spiteful crew working in the back, it’s okay to make mistakes but being bullies is crazy work.

What a horrible experience. The guy taking my order kept rushing me. The girl at the window didn’t know how to work the register. I was over charged. My ice coffee was disgusting just a horrible experience. Hot ghetto mess. I’ll be driving the extra five minutes to Wesley chapel from now on. Do better.

First and foremost this Dunkin Donuts appear to be the worse I've ever seen. The lady that took our order was not professional and extremely slow. I ordered 2 coffees and drove down the street to head to my destination and the coffee was just lukewarm and taste horrible. I immediately tried to call the location to advise of the issue and the phone # for that location is not in service and on the company website the # is a customer jack #. The area is not well kept and you can expect to get bad service. I am currently trying to find a contact # with no luck.

Picked up a uber eats order and the lady left me standing in the cold instead of saying the inside is closed. I was following directions on my screen on the uber app. She was very rude ignoring me knocking. The guy working this morning was nice enough to point to drive through.

I just woke up and caught the bus to go get me and my kids some food. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:42. It says on the door outside that they open at 7:00, so I proceeded to wait. And once 7:00 came around an older woman proceeds to tell me that I can’t order inside until the sun comes up. Mind you it’s winter and the sun doesn’t come up full until about 8:30-9. I asked her why does the sign say open inside at 7:00 if you open when the sun comes up, she replies that the only way I can purchase food is through pick up. I use the doordash app and on doordash this specific location was still not offering pick ups at that time which is y I came to the restaurant in person. Overall I feel like the experience was unprofessional and this isn’t the first time I have had issues with this location. I really do love Dunkin but this location thats the closest to my home is always making me second guess myself. Hopefully something can be resolved for future guest.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with the owner operator for this location. This stores needs new management bad or to close for good. Terrible customer service, filthy restaurant, rude team members and manager, long wait times

I waited an extremely long time for my order to be taken and the staff is extremely unprofessional. No customer restrooms because the area has a homeless problem. No seating because of this issue as well. My coffee was way too sweet.

Why is it that your employees are so rude to the Door Dashers? They made my sister wait to make the order on top of the fact the order was not even ready. In my experience as a retired lead customer service representative is that the Door Dash orders should be done first and then regular customers. I do know for a fact your stores get graded on how well you do with the door dash orders. So why is it that the order was not ready when my sister got there, and then she was given a hard time by an employee telling her she could always reassign the order. That is not the point. The order should have been ready once ahe got there. And I hear a lot of horror stories about a lot of placea making Dashers qait for orders that should be reay or they are ready and employees make dashers stand there and wait. What kind of non-sense is this. It is rude and und uncaring of the actual customer who ordered the food in the first place. Door dashers are an extinction of service to you company. The customers are paying money the same as a customer who walks in and orders. Time is money!! Teach your employees to be polite to customers and get the orders done on time. Also mu sister will be reporting this store for its uncleanliness!! Get it right!

I come this location JUST because it’s literally close to me and sometimes I don’t have time to stop by to another location but if you stop by this dunkin expect to wait in line at least 20+ mins … everytime I get food here food is COLD! Last week I actually came inside the store and the employees were so rude and according to lady in the back there was only 1 oven working . Mind you my food took 15 mins when I got it , it was cold like did she even put it in the oven? Had customers canceling their order from how long they were taking. I’m def gonna stop giving this location so many chances.
