I like this Dunkin...I really don't know what's going on with the corporate office though. I sent an email through the app about adding points almost 2 weeks ago and I've heard NOTHING.

I walked in prepared the make my order and the employees just kept talking to each other. They just ignored me while I was at the counter. I stood there for about 5 minutes before deciding to just leave. I’m not saying you can’t talk to each other while at work but the least you can do is notice and help your customer when they walk in.

I come here often. The staff is usually fairly pleasant. They have a morning busy rush during 7:30-9:30, but usually they aren't that busy. If you mobile order about 5-7 mins before arrival, you should be good to go once you get there. Sometimes they can not add enough sugar to your coffee, but you can have them remake or add to it before you walk out or pull off from drive thru. If you need a quiet space to take a call or meeting, they have decent Wi-Fi as well. The inside lobby closes at 6pm.

Pretty building but whoever made the schedule for 11/06 5:50 crew they all need to be rotated out. I sat so long I had to say hello to make sure there was people.. I paid online for extra caramel. Pulled around to ask for the extra b/c they skimp sometimes but had to knock on the window for attention the lady held up a finger and I waited another five minutes before she came to the window at this point my drink was already made, and when I asked for the extra caramel, they took my drink back and another woman handed me the same drink as if I was just supposed to take it, so I told her the same thing I paid for extra caramel, she took the drink back, barely put anything on top and gave me the drink. It is point. I was waiting so long I was going to be late for work if I made us think about it so I left, but I will be back today for a refund. I just don’t understand why work in the mornings if you’re gonna have attitude, I work mornings too. It’s just unnecessary..

I go here everyday and order the same thing. When I completed my order, at the drive thru the lady started to repeat my order and another woman jump in. She was very rude and told me in a nasty tone next time don’t order like that because it was confusing. When I got to the window, I politely asked the server what part of my order was confusing. The woman who took my order, was eavesdropping as I speaking with lady and said in a tube manner “Your order was confusing and I told you before don’t order like that.” I told her I wasn’t talking to her. She goes on to tell me, “well I took your order”. Everything little thing she said was with an attitude.

I've been here a couple of times I usually put in a mobile order and I wait a good few minutes to let them prepare. The store is NEVER busy mind you. They always act like there is no mobile order and once when they finally realize they prepare it in a rush that the coffee is so bad. No sugar just straight up garbage. Honestly got me enough to quit going to dunkin all together I just want to make my own coffee now. How bad do you have to be to be bad at the one thing your hired to do. And why are all the employees so u professional. Is there a a way to report this to higher dunkin. Whats the point of spending your money when they don't do the one thing correctly.

I went to get a cookie dough iced latte without the chocolate inside cup, was given what I did not asked for so I asked could it be made over the foreign man wanted to argue with me telling me I could not get it made over because that’s the way it came. He had the most nastiest attitude ever, just rude and bad customer service. I will never go back to this horrible Dunkin ever!!! Needs to treat paying customers better!!! Then he said something ugly to me when I told him he had a bad attitude!!! Never again for me!!!!

I order a cinnamon raisin bagel, well toasted and a medium coffee. This cost $7. The bagel was old and was not toasted at all and the cream cheese cold. This is my 5th try with them. I AM NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. 🤬🤬🤬
