the new manager over here is so rude. I don't know if she's new but I just now started seeing her. she is hateful and she doesn't know how to talk to people. I've worked in restaurants for 26 years and if you don't like your job quit. stop talking to people just any kind of way. my drink was wrong even though I said exactly how I wanted it. but in general she made it a terrible experience. I'm saying yes ma'am and no ma'am and she's talking to me like trash. do better!!

This location hires a lot of young kids and most of the time their attitudes are unprofessional and their performance on making a drink is very poor. If I were the manager, I’d speak with these kids and run a meeting. Hopefully Dunkin, sees this.

I don't know why I keep giving this location a chance. Everytime I go I get disappointed. Went today and they didn't have whip cream, coffee milk, or donuts. And the customer service sucks. Not to put down the youth, but those kids do not care about their jobs. Do yourself a favor and go to the one off of Panola.

I would not recommend getting doughnuts from this location. My husband wanted blueberry doughnuts but they were out. Instead, my husband had a chicken crissonant and glazed donuts. I had 2 doughnuts. A maple glazed and a strawberry frosted. All the doughnuts were very stale. Had to pull up to wait for our food. Our cashier was good.

I am a regular Dunkin’ Donuts customer for years, but this location right here seems like the water is not fresh. The coffee has no really Dunkin’ Donuts taste and even the food. It just gives off a different taste. I’m not sure but I will be looking for another location soon and I just moved to this area And I was really happy knowing Dunkin’ Donuts is right up the street. But not happy after trying this location

I came in an ordered an iced coffee and a wrap. The atmosphere was very nice and the customer service was excellent. I think I found my coffee spot….

Went to Dunkin this morning got my coffee and breakfast sandwich and I must say everything was good and fresh also the young lady who took my order was very polite I had to ask her name if I’m not mistaking I think she stated she was the manager that alone made my day you don’t get customer service like that these days

Dining room is always closed when I go. They only accept cash in the late afternoon until they close. Drive thru is very difficult to use as the Chicken place next door uses partial lanes and it’s like the auto bahn trying to get to speaker to order. God forbid if you don’t order at speaker they can’t help you face to face. Super poor customer service or none at all.
