Went to Dunkin this morning got my coffee and breakfast sandwich and I must say everything was good and fresh also the young lady who took my order was very polite I had to ask her name if I’m not mistaking I think she stated she was the manager that alone made my day you don’t get customer service like that these days

Dining room is always closed when I go. They only accept cash in the late afternoon until they close. Drive thru is very difficult to use as the Chicken place next door uses partial lanes and it’s like the auto bahn trying to get to speaker to order. God forbid if you don’t order at speaker they can’t help you face to face. Super poor customer service or none at all.

Staff is terrible. I didn’t even get to order and no one was in line. They had me waiting at the speaker box for 10 min and when I asked if they were taking orders got a rude response. Do not recommend this location.

I don’t understand why there are kids behind the counter who don’t know how to make an iced coffee. I got to the window and they handed me a cup of milk. It wasn’t even a little bit brown. I said that’s supposed to be coffee? They laughed, dumped a little out the cup and put a splash of coffee and said “good?” A young lady “remade it” for me and it literally still tastes like brown milk she didn’t even add sweetener. Definitely don’t come here if you actually want coffee.

Today yet again another terrible day at this Dunkin now they oven is down for 20 mins, when the same 3 kids work the oven stays down 3 times last week the oven is down and today it’s down, you have employees at this restaurant constantly still in Tom from the Dunkin franchise or from the Dunkin corporate and it will be sent in this week. You send out the worst DoorDash orders you send out the worst orders through the drive-through. You can’t even read a screen and make a coffee and send it out the door and make it look right every time we go through the drive-through The oven isn’t working it’s three times last week and today on Memorial Day that the oven isn’t working. I have never went through a Dunkin’ Donuts and been told that I cannot order food because the oven is not working but at this Dunkin three times this week and now four times including memorial day the oven is down For somebody who spends hundreds of dollars with Dunkin a month. I have Dunkin every day but this location is a JOKE, AND THESE PPL ARE JUST STEALING TIME AND RIDING THE CLOCK, most of the times the restaurant is dirty on the inside. All the kids have their friends hanging out on the inside. The friends come before the guest and get free food, free drink drinks walked out the door as we’re standing there paying for trash and having to wait for them to order on their friends leave the counter to go deliver it to their friends car outside. I’ve stood there and seen it myself and I’m tired of it. I am tired of shopping at this Dunkin. I am tired of spending my money there and I am tired of a bunch of kids just riding in a clock so just know this week my main objective is to get the main people in that store and round up and get some real new workers because they are running that franchise into the ground on Covington hwy

The staff got upset that I wanted all of my change. The young lady at the cash register stated that they don’t have pennies. I thought the proprietor takes the loss not the customer when they are lacking. I was very specific when asking for no cheese I said it twice the young lady repeated it back to me and I still got cheese. I ended up just getting my money back because it was taking too long to get a breakfast sandwich at 1pm.

kim the cashier from the drive thru was really really really rude i didnt like the service, it was too early 8:45 in the morning, she was rolling eyes on me, she was been snappy i didnt like the attitude, rush us when we trying to get the order and told us to go to the window and then she didnt let us order a the window just to tell us that we cant order anymore

i would add a photo but i got no food, cuz they took my entire 20 minute lunch break to make 2 wake up wraps that I PREORDERED 10mins before i got there, i had to leave empty handed cuz it was never ready

The manager Yana at this location not only keeps a clean store, upbeat atmosphere, but when it comes to her coffee she's on point!! Definitely recommend this location, especially if she's on duty!!!
