Went to Dunkin this morning got my coffee and breakfast sandwich and I must say everything was good and fresh also the young lady who took my order was very polite I had to ask her name if I’m not mistaking I think she stated she was the manager that alone made my day you don’t get customer service like that these days

1.You will be waiting on your food for at least 15-20 minutes. 2. Once food is received it will be ice 🧊 cold just like the temperature outside. 3. Also it’s a TRAP spot so you will be worried about while waiting for your food the police 👮♀️ may BUST in and make EVERYONE get on the ground
Last but not least…
Stick to the DRIVE THREW and just go for coffee ☕️ and donuts 🍩

I asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel. They didn’t put that they burnt my bagel when I asked for toast and then I asked for a cheese sausage croissant. They gave me cheese, but no croissant or no sausage with the cheese.

Speed and service has been declining quickly. Call and see if they are open before you drive out there as they push their open hours based on staff each day. #dobetterdunkin

It was a really good cup of coffee and it had just the right amount of cream and sugar and it just like I like it they were quick and efficient I recommend this place highly from In-N-Out good coffee I also had a glazed donut 🍩 it was very tasty

Don't support this business they don't provide a restroom for their customers. How are employees using the restroom and washing there hands if restroom doesn't work close the whole restaurant. And donuts are hard not fresh!
I called Dunkin Donuts with a last minute catering order, that totaled almost $300 order at 7:30a.m. The young lady that answered the phone, the manager I believe, kindly took my order and when I arrived, she had almost completely finished. She was very inviting and I really appreciated her diligence in ensuring my team was taking care of. I reside in conyers and moving forward, I’ll go out of my way to do business with them again. She made my day better.

The early morning shift is THE BEST! But the other shifts are horrible. Definitely will stick to visiting this Dunkin before 10AM. Today I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk and light ice and my sister ordered a regular coffee with 5 creams and 5 sugars (pictures of what we received included)…neither drink was correct. Mind you there was a slight wait AND the young man repeated the order.

Quan was amazing. Very patient and willing to help. Initially ordered with Dee and she was not very attentive or welcoming. She walked away twice in the middle of my placing my order. In turn, my order was incorrect & tasted horrible. Quan promptly fixed the issue and apologized. Awesome customer service from him. THANK YOU QUAN
