The atmosphere is good on friday's nights. Only one Bartender two waitress. Now the wait time on the food is long depending on the time of evening you are dinning. Anything after 7;00pm the crowd is in there. Now there wasn't or hasn't been in any in there in a few years. However there's fans. Fletcher's has been around for years we love it there.

I just wanted to put this review on here. I’ve done DoorDash pick ups all over the city. But when I came in today I was greeted by Sunshine. And even though I was coming to dine in, her hospitality was amazing. She didn’t treat me like some ordinary delivery driver. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She also told me about the restaurant and invited me to dine in one day. I will be coming to eat soon and I hope to have the same experience. Thank you Sunshine!

Ordered a 30 pc with fries over the phone and was quoted a 30 minute wait due to the volume of my order. I got there after 30 min but had to wait another 25 minutes for my order. Yes you heard that right FIFTY FIVE MINUTES!!! I kept being told to wait another couple of minutes and then the lady would never come back. I would have to ask someone else for help after she thought i was already serviced. No one knows what’s going on in there from the kitchen to the service. There were only four tables and five waitresses so I’m not really sure why this couldn’t have been a great service as I patronize them because of the history of going for years but definitely not anymore if the service is this trash now. Not to mention when I got the wings the order was WRONG but I was not going to wait any longer for it. When I asked for a refund or some type of discount for the wait they said they aren’t usually like this. According to the reviews, it is. If you are calling in an order, DONT. If you’re sitting then maybe you won’t notice the long wait in the presence of friends. Won’t be returning.

Highly upset with this place. I went last night and before I went I called my order in at 8pm 20piece Lemon Pepper Wings and fries and they said it would be ready in 25 mins. I get there at 8:17pm which leave about 8 minutes before food should be ready. About 8:30pm they came with my wings but my fries wasn't in there so they said they were going to get my fries. I ASK HOW LONG FOR FRIES THEY SAY 2-3 MINUTES 😡 I WAITED ALMOST 20 MINUTES FOR MY FRIES IN WHICH MY WINGS WAS COLD AS HELL. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN FLETCHERS.

Ordered Pizza and wings for Super Bowl? The wings were mild not hot the pizza was thin crust but my biggest issue was the fries that cost 5.00 was wrap in paper enough for 1 person mcdonald small fries was more that yall served??? Never again

I I really hate leaving bad reviews on black owned businesses but this one I have too. There is also a true saying saying that One Bad Apple can spoil the whole bunch and tonight was that bad apple. I have been going to Fletcher's Stonecrest with mya And Candler Road for about 10 years but Mostly Stonecrest when the Stonecrest location close down I migrated to the Candler Road location and met jasmine beautiful girl , but tonight I am disappointed and I will never ever return to a Fletcher's again because I was disrespected by a patron who was a regular but who didn't know who he was playing with! be careful who you guys have around there because these men are disrespectful, they are preying on women and can't hold their liquor!!! Things could have got really really ugly but I'm glad God changed my life as of January 1st 2025 because there would have one phone call and it would have been funeral arrangements and that's on God. Be blessed enjoy the vibes but I will never ever return!
Chicken wings taste like freezer burn wings they had feathers on them, I had to recook them, and they didn't taste good at all. This is why I do not like to support restaurants!
