I was craving some good ole bbq and came across this place. I was not disappointed at all. I was blown away how good everything was with so much flavor. Stephanie was my server: you can tell she was very experienced and super friendly… made the whole experience even better.

I’ll definitely be coming back!

Got a brisket sandwich at the Decatur BBQ Festival. The sandwich meat, which was BBQ, was cold.

The most horrible experience ever today. Never had a problem with Fords Barbecue especially the one in Tucker Ga. The birria tacos at the Decatur location were horrible; they were soggy, no seasoning, had to literally throw my food in the trash. Whoever is cooking today needs to be trained properly. Never had to check my food because it was always good. That Goes to show you, location matters. Most horrible experience ever.

I got the fresh air special sandwich with Brunswick stew. The pulled pork was some of the best I have had, I could really taste the hickory and it was cooked perfectly. I put the hot mustard barbecue sauce on it because I love vinegary barbecue. The slaw on top was a nice addition. The Brunswick stew is some of the best I have ever had, meaty, tangy, with a bit of a kick. Ford's is my favorite barbecue hands down and is always consistent.

Nope, did not like it at all,the ribs were burn, had no bbq flavor, brisket meat under cook and no flavor,I did not enjoy it at all,and it was for my birthday dinner. It was a long way from my home to get bad food.👎

Great barbecue place. Everything on the menu is delicious. A family friend is actually a co-owner here.

I did take out and the best thing was the pork skins or chicharrones as angelos are calling them now. The beef was half fat but good and the pulled pork was moist (photos are before reheating) and I didn’t want sauce on the chicken. The coleslaw looks like it was made with chopped cabbage right when it’s getting ready to turn colors, though edible. Imma give them another try as it was slow and well after lunch and before dinner so maybe this was what was left before cooking more for dinner.

Walked in and not even acknowledged. The bartender on Wednesday night 8/6 wasn't engaging at all unless you were a regular . Food served room temperature and the pork wasn't good at all. It wasn't even pulled just chopped.

First time at this location and definitely not the last! This location is near me in my neighborhood. The other location is near my job. I got the best brisket nachos i ever had from this location. I also got a brisket sandwich and skins. I got my mom a 6 pc agave wings with blue cheese and a brisket sandwich. The food is delicious here. I visited on 8-4-2025.

This is the real deal. The bbq beef brisket was smokey and really juicy. The f250 platter is a great option. The turkey was good and the skin was well peppered but a few pieces were dried out. Fried okra can be a hit or miss item by Ford got it right - small bites fried up crisp and not to salty. Finally, the slaw was a perfect side. Since it is vinegar based it cut the fat and sweet from the bbq sauce perfectly. Fantastic dinner.
