Ford's BBQ Oakhurst

My husband and I love to find a good Brisket sliced bbq. While on the job my husband had lunch here and came home (an hour away) bragging about how good it was. Naturally, I’ve got to try it…..it is soooo good! I highly recommend it and will be back. Very welcoming and friendly. Our server was excellent and recommended the Alabama White sauce, I haven’t had any this good since I first tried it and fell in love with it. This place is a must try if you’re in the area. Thanks for a delicious experience.

All good vibes. The staff was super attentive and we got a chance to meet the guy who created all of this. It was such a please. The cornbread waffle is too die for, make sure you get the koolaid, and if you want to eat slow, do not get the tacos. They were engaged inhaled 🤤 the next time I go, I have to get the beef rib. Everything was to perfection. “10/10 must try again “

Service was attentive and quick.
Other than the service the chips/queso was underwhelming. My house margarita tasted like a confused mojito and was too sweet. My brisket sandwich was sad and flavorless. Ambiance is average.

Delicious BBQ. We shared an F350 to taste a variety. Good smoke and tender. It is a 7.5 out 10 but we have pitmasters in our family. Would definitely go back.

I read the reviews and was a tiny bit skeptical. They are very mixed. However, I can honestly say I don't get the negative reviews. Nothing I read was true. We went on a Saturday night. Service was exceptional, the brisket and pulled pork were tender and flavorful. I've never had the type of chopped slaw they serve. It's delicious. The collards have a little zing!

The atmosphere is great. We are outside. There is a beautiful park across the street that has what looks like Cinderella 's carriage lit up after dark. It's also in the area of many other restaurants.

The only con I experienced was the parking lot is tiny but there are many streets for parking. This place is a definite gem.

The food was absolutely INCREDIBLE and the staff were all very nice! We sat out on the porch and found ourselves a little chilly and our waitress gladly had someone turn on the heater for us! Wonderful music and atmosphere!

Very kind people working at this location. Accidentally made an order at the Tucker location and the Tucker location refused to fix it. The guys working the Decatur branch and so so so so very kind and helpful. I will always come here to get my BBQ in the future. Charles, Gary & Ethan. Thank you thank you.

Thank you once again Faith and the fords team. I placed a catering order and the food was perfect. Everyone complimented the meat and the sides which is hard to find. Ribs were perfection and that brisket was amazing!

Disappointed... 2nd time we have come and 2nd time we have walked out. 5pm and out of wings and collards. Doesn't make sense. Really wanted to try... Bummer.
