Fresh To Order - Decatur

Let’s just say they definitely didn’t live up to their name. Went in around 1:30 yesterday on September 14th. There was no one else in there when I passed by the first time- that should’ve been a sign right there. I order the salmon plate with sweet potatoes- it’s my go-to.
I decided to sit there and eat(thank God), thinking it’ll be the freshest instead of going home. Anyway I quickly got my food and lo’ and behold my salmon was ice cold. I’m not exaggerating here, it seems like they made it earlier -refrigerated it then gave it to me. Like I guess they thought no human person would notice?! Anyway, everything else on the plate was fine. I won’t be returning- Decatur has too much to offer to waste my time and money on food.

P.S. A family came in while I was eating and one of them sent their food back too. Please pay better attention to what you’re doing in the kitchen!

The food was great with the exception of the mixed vegetables. Pretty sure they’re fermented which is fine if you like that but it wasn’t indicated on the menu that they were fermented. They’re pretty gross and smell old. Basically not edible. It’s almost like they’re selling old vegetables. Idk.

Other than that; everything was fine and taste good.

Customer service is good atmosphere was good. Food was okay. However, what I disagree with it if you're gonna sell sandwiches at lunch time you need to have condiments and if you do have the condiments, please do not charge the customers for condiments. I order a sandwich and asked for extra Mayonnaise. that were gonna charge me for the extra mayonnaise. That's not good Customer service . I will not be coming back cause I do not support establishments that charge for condiments.

I liked the tomato soup and veggie panini. You can get it on combo, it’s a good option for something light.

The customer service over the phone was absolutely terrible. I’ve never dined at this particular location, and based on my experience dealing with them over the phone, I never will. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the person who answered my call, but she was extremely unprofessional and either needs to be let go or placed in intensive customer service training.
