I got to try their pani puri today they serve it like indian style cart pani puri. Me and my friends really enjoyed the experience. Remind us the old college days. And the girl at the counter was very polite and friendly. Especially the behaviour of the staff attracted… definitely will go again 💪

Gokul has lost its charm for making good chaat. An employee on the other end argue on the phone call when informed that the potato is given as a PRASAD. Bad food and bad customer service. Will go next door to HONEST atleast they are honest in delivering good food & customer service.

I would have given this place a better rating but my recent experience suggested otherwise. Food tastes good, but the service is really bad - the staff are not courteous and if you have an issue, they will put the blame back on you instead of resolving it in a professional manner. I was amazed at the choice of words, but if they keep dealing with more customers this way, they are bound to lose business. Definitely not recommending them based on customer service.

I am giving one star because zero star is not an option here. We found a big insect in the noodles we ordered. It was so disgusting. I would never eat at this place again and they hide their restaurant public health department score by the local authorities behind the menu. Worst place to eat ever.
