Customer service is lacking here, I’ve tried it 3 times and walk away bummed each time. The building itself is the winner here, I just wish there was a “Hello” or a “Welcome in” when you walk in. Also, it seemed like I was an inconvenience to the barista. Coffee takes way too long to get even though it’s not busy. Hopefully things change soon.

Really bad customer service. Whoever was working on 09/18 in the afternoon was either having a bad day or hates their job. No friendly welcome, not even a hello what can I get for you. Waited over 10 minutes standing (not busy at all) for someone to take my order and when they did, they had an altitude like I was inconveniencing them.

The coffee was great, the owner is awesome and friendly. The aroma and taste of the Golden Latte was heavenly. Definitely try the cheese and guava empanada. Delicious sweet and savory.

It's not often one can find a cafe that has both great customer service as well as high quality coffee. Golden Drops certainly checks both of those boxes. The lattes and empanadas were worth the visit. What makes this cafe stand out more is the owner Victor! He is personable and you can instantly tell he puts the customers first. 5 out of 5!

The food or coffee here was not prepared correctly - both my partner and I got sick after eating here. It’s also very expensive for the food and coffee. For two people to have food and a drink, we spent nearly $70! The quantity and quality of food was not worth that price (notwithstanding it making us sick).
The main waiter was a very welcoming person with a super easy energy and natural class.

I’ll forever be lover of Golden Drops! They have the best Cuban sandwich in the city! I just hate how expensive they are now. The prices are raised! I spent $33 on a sandwich and a coffee 😩😩😩

This was my first visit here and it was pretty great! The golden latte was delicious. The WiFi was speedy, I loved the outdoor seating and Juan was very personable and easy to relate to! I love that they bring coffee to you. Prices are pretty comparable to other coffee shops and I didn’t feel rushed to wrap up my work or anything like that. The music was pretty modern, but I tend to like a quieter space for work, so I threw my AirPods in and didn’t have any problems.
My only very minor complaints are that there’s very few power outlets. You’ll need to bring fully charged devices if you’re intending to work. There were a few dead bugs near the window/bar seating in the inside—not by any means was this extreme. And finally, there is no public restroom that I saw. Coffee is a diuretic so I was very surprised to not see one—but also didn’t ask about one.
