They have you get the client to write down a tip on a sheet to sign without any price amounts displayed and if they don't, you won't get it even if they've already placed a tip and prepaid online. They'll put your tip in their own pockets and lie that they never received it but EZ Cater the company they receive their orders through says otherwise. They pay you by personal paycheck with no pay stub and don't give you a 1099 at the end of year for a reason. They provide used over worn uniform t-shirts. This company runs on an dishonest unethical system.

I hired Gourmet Express to cater our office holiday party. It was breakfast for about 200 people. Delicious and healthy.They also catered several smaller department lunches of about 30 people. Great food everytime.

I had high expectations for this place. I say it now, save your money! I called and requested breakfast for my office of 14 people. I selected their Deluxe Breakfast, which is approx. $13.00 a person. The website advertises a large assortment of items.What I got delivered was not what they advertised. They sent 7 individual pan cakes and 7 individual slices of french toast. Each person only got 1. WHAT A JOKE! They advertise that it comes with turkey bacon, sounded good to my health minded staff. Regular bacon was delivered. Can 14 people share a 1/2 gallon of OJ? NO, they can not. THATS ALL THEY SENT FOR 14 people. I have called several times for the manager but reach his vmail. After tax and a small tip I spent $300.00 for the worst meal of my life. I could have spent $75.00 and made a better more filling meal. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
