I had a very disappointing experience at Gusto just now . I waited in line for about 15 minutes behind one customer who was placing a very large order. To try to save time, I politely asked if I could order at the next register, and I was rudely told no. What made the situation worse was that the employees then laughed and whispered afterward, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional.
Customer service is extremely important, and this experience did not reflect that at all. I did not feel valued as a customer, and because of this, I will not be returning.

Between the food and some of the workers, it makes my experience really difficult to say I do like the establishment, but this establishment needs to do better and needs to work on their customer service. But if you wanna get something fast and somewhat affordable, here’s the place. Also, I want to say that they are not pro military and they do not offer discounts.

It used to be good for a quick bite but the quality has fallen off recently. During my last 2 visits my favorite wraps didn't taste the same as they used to, the ingredients that should be hot were cold and the rice was undercooked.

We wanted to try this place and was disappointed. This is a cool place, but the food portions do not align with their prices. They want to upcharge for every little thing, but then the are skimpy on the servings. I cannot justify returning to spend the amount that they charge for the little amount of food that they give.

Absolutely gross. Payed over 20 $ for a bowl with inedible slob on it and a few pieces of overcooked steak. This is my second time trying this spot and I thought the first time was just a fluke, but no, never again. The cashier was impatient and unfriendly, I really don’t get the high rating of this place..

Me and my girlfriend LOVE coming here. We are vegetarian and don’t like many fast food places because the options are so limited. At gusto you can pick tofu as your protein for everything and the tofu is good! A lot of places offer tofu but it’s bland - not here. You can eat a yummy affordable meal out and not feel gross after. 5+ stars

The Tahini Feta Cucumber bowl and the new Creamy Spinach Artichoke bowls are my most recent favorites. I like the Thai Peanut one as well. I have not tried all of the bowls but ones I have tried have been delicious. I like that I can customize my bowl by adding extra veggies, protein, and get half rice and half veggies for the base. The food has always been fresh when I've been there and the large windows make the restaurant feel open and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful which makes visiting all the better. Highly recommend.

S/o to Celina the pretty young lady at the counter when you first walk in … her personality was great to encounter she helped me pick my lunch item as it was my first time…. Paid around $15 the lemonade was goooood if they offered tortilla chips or pita chips something other than baked chips in a bag I might have said cava watch out lol but def a good atmosphere music playing nice corner seating with the glass allowing for a nice view
