I had a few minutes for a small dinner and decided to stop in at Gusto. I pulled into the large shared parking lot and found a spot right up front. When I walked inside, the person behind the counter offered a basic greeting but not much guidance. Maybe she thought I was a regular who knew the routine, but this was only my second visit, and the last one was years ago. She stepped in a little to help me place my order for a Sweet Soy Sriracha bowl with spicy grilled chicken over half rice and half greens. I asked for an empty cup for water. Their setup is simple. You order at one end of the counter and pay at the other. By the time I reached the register, my food was basically ready. Prep time was quick. The cashier stayed pretty quiet. Nobody was rude, but there was minimal interaction with the staff, which worked fine, I guess, for a quick stop. I packed up my food and headed to the outside seating. I opened up my bag and my bowl was a nice size and just what I was looking for. It was a little on the pricey side at $13+ for a chicken bowl, but I’d order it again. Definitely my type of meal. 3.5 Rating

Today upon my arrival at your Decatur location Kayla and Kuhway treated me like a king! They both play close attention to my needs made me smile Kuhway especially while he was ringing me up really brought a smile to my face. I just want everyone to know to make sure that you come here for lunch because not only when you get great tasting food but you'll get great service buy these two especially when you come here. Yesterday was the first visit here when my boyfriend and I wanted a more healthy dinner option. We were greeted quickly by Selina who took our order and Pace who had a huge friendly smile behind the register. We opted for the lemon pepper ranch with planko chicken and chipotle mango avocado with grilled chicken. I really liked the variety of options for your base in the bowls. Selina suggested to try the chips with queso and my boyfriend was pleasantly surprised of how tasty the combo was. Delicious would be the word to describe the food here! Friendly staff, quick prep time and great food means we definitely will return. The queso and flatbread also were a hit with us😋 Looking forward to a return visit already!

I go here about every two weeks. If you order online, it is almost always ready as soon as you get there the food is healthy. There are good choices for the base I always get half-and-half. They clean the bathrooms and everything else is clean as well there are also good canned drinks and dessert. The desserts are absolutely fabulous.

Got this for my mom and I while my dad was in the hospital at Emory. It was nice to eat something healthy instead of fast food or cafeteria food. Service is always quick and friendly.
I highly recommend this chain! It breaks up the monotony of the other quick service bowl restaurants. They offer unique seasonal options for sauces and I love that they will give you the sauce and dressings on the side and you can administer it yourself. Fell in love with the jerk sauce Summer 2025 and I can’t wait to stop by again to try what’s new for fall 2025. Smart concept, quick service, healthy food, and lastly, I love the fact that they offer MOUTHWASH in the restroom.

I haven’t been here in a while and felt completely rushed. It’s a lot to take in when visiting a place like this especially if you haven’t been here in a while so I was not happy leaving. The guy with the dreads does not need to be at customer service counter
