The food and service is usually always good, never had a bad experience however the one time I don’t check my online order before pulling off I get home to see I have missing items. It’s a little frustrating but like I said they’re usually spot on. I say all that to say, check your food before you leave the area, that goes for all food joints.
This is the only franchise I dine at. I have tried them all. At This particular location, customer service is above and beyond. You never feel like you're in a rushbband thefood taste the same every time.
Wow!!! Visiting Atlanta and my family was talking about how great the food/service excellence is at Gut Buster's!! I say Extraordinary the food, fast service, professionalism and all over great experience. The price is remarkable for the food. No extra charges for cheese grits versus butter grit's. The food was prepared quickly and they were packed with people. Flat shoals restaurant had people packed in and within 10 or 15 minutes it was cleared out. Awesome business...
