Every time I go to atlanta I stop a Hai. This time I went twice and both times was just the best. No matter what time of day the food is pure good. I can't say enough. Try the bubble pancake. The garlic cucumber salad is like no other you will find at any other restaurant and addictive. The dragon eggplant taught me to love eggplant. But, it's all good.

Yeah this just was not good. Service was crazy! I ordered shrimp dumplings that were so hot when I told the server there was a 5 minute debate about level of hot. Ordered hot water because the utensils were not that clean, which never came. The Grandma noodles were blah. Believe what others have said about the service. Will not be coming back.

This place is terrible, and I should have known when there was absolutely no one in the restaurant when we came in. I ordered the veggie delight and the vegetables were old. The service was terrible as well. Absolute waste of my money.

We’ve been loyal customers of this restaurant for years and always appreciated the food and atmosphere. Unfortunately, our recent visits have been disappointing. The staff no longer seems welcoming or friendly, which makes the dining experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the food has become quite average—nothing like what it used to be.
It’s disheartening to see a place we once loved lose its charm. We truly hope the owners read this and address the change in staff behavior. A little kindness and hospitality go a long way. Sadly, we’ve decided to stop coming for now.

Food is good, but they’re very unfriendly and passive aggressive. I came in for takeout and told one guy I just needed a couple minutes to look over the menu. He then moved quite a bit away from the front entrance and turned his back to me for an excessively long period of time. He then took a few phone orders and started walking around the restaurant without ever coming back to take my order. Then a SECOND guy came from afar, looked at me several times without acknowledging me, and even almost walked past me. I tried grabbing his attention to let him know I was ready to order and I guess the other guy forgot about me, and then he walked off from me as well! It almost felt as though they were both intentionally disregarding me as though they don’t want “certain” customers in their restaurant. THIS creates an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. I never leave reviews, but this undignified experience deserves honest, candid feedback. I’m not sure I want to keep spending my hard-earned money at a restaurant that doesn’t value me as a customer—EVEN if the food is good!

After seeing this place and reading the positive reviews, I was excited for my husband, daughter and her friend to try this place. What a disappointment. We started with appetizers (egg drop soup, steamed wontons and spring rolls). ALL were horrible tasting. Spring rolls highly resembled big box store item and egg drop soup had a “unique” taste, and not in a good way. We partially ate what we’d ordered and ate elsewhere. We were ALL highly disappointed and won plans to return.

We ordered two shrimp dishes—General Tso’s and Sesame—along with egg drop soup. Unfortunately, the food was bland, lacking flavor, and tasted old, likely frozen. My husband considered not finishing his meal but ate it anyway to avoid wasting money. If it weren’t for the 30-minute drive back, we would have returned the food. Finding quality takeout these days is a challenge.

Customer service was very rude over the phone for lunch. It reflected in the food which was not as good as the previous times I'd been. I've been a recurring customer for over a year. This was the best authentic Chinese food until today. I was disappointed by the lack of service over the phone to place a pickup order, creating a different vibe than before.
