So the last few times I have ordered take out from here it hasn't been good in fact I threw a whole general tso chicken dish in the trash the last time I went. I thought it was an off night and that I would try them again the last time. Got it tonight and it was the same the dish was crappy liquid sauce rubbery overally chewy chicken. Really disappointed I once liked this place but food quality has gone down. I usually spend about $70 for takeout for my family 1 or 2 times a month. Looks like I'll be looking elsewhere.

Do not eat here if you are looking for a tummy filling meal because this place doesn’t even come close to a good meal. That’s how terrible the food tastes here. Unless, this is how “authentic” chinese food actually is. If so, then I’m bigggg out & I love all cuisines.
Dumplings are my favorite
Food was good

Always have ordered take out. Scezchuan pork belly is the best item we've tried. All the food is Hai quality 👌

I ordered the Mongolian Beef Combo with soup. The delivery was made by Uber. There was NO SOUP AND THE PORTION WAS SMALL!!!🤬 Will be very hesitant about ordering from them again🤨 Tried to give them a second chance. The food was HORRIBLE!!! Was not what I ordered! I’m so done with them!😩

Food was mid, but the serivice was horrible. Like other reviews have mentioned, the servers rush you the entire time. We came as a group of four and we were not even done eating when they brought the check. We thought maybe that's just how they do it here, but then they started clearing all our plates, some which clearly had food on it. Then they started coming back to our table and started wiping down the table with all four of us seated there, saying things like have a good night when were clearly still trying to talk to one another. That definitely ended our dinner on a sour note. We could not have been in there for more than 45 minutes. (This was also two hours before closing time and the entire place was empty so it was not like we were taking the space of another customer).

Can't speak for service but this is my go-to for delivery. Szechuan beef with the red chilies is my cure for all that ails me.

Great place for some Chinese Szechuan dishes. We’ve been coming here for years because of the taste.
But, the service hasn’t been great in our last couple of visits. Servers are impatient/ rude & ruin the whole dining experience.
I came in last night with my family and the server was rushing us. He gave us the check and immediately returned it while giving us our Togo boxes. As I was placing our leftover remains he was rushing me to sign and tip him. Told him to give me a minute as I was busy placing our food in the containers.
Once I got to picking up the check he comes over and tells me to tip him and his coworkers good each. Pretty much demanding a set amount as he hovered over me as I signed.
This was not okay to do in my book because I’m all for tipping for great service if it was given, but that was a red flag for me. You can’t go over to the customer and demand a set tip and especially asking for more to share with your coworkers. Simply unacceptable!

I was craving Chinese food today and decided to GPS nearby options. This restaurant popped up right across the street from the Walmart I had just left. I ordered the combo lo mein to go, but when I got home, I was extremely disappointed. The lo mein was dry and overly starchy, with only a few tiny pieces of vegetables that were practically nonexistent. When I voiced my complaint, they showed no concern at all. I will never return to this place, and if I lived closer, I would have taken the food right back.

I will start this review off by saying that I am aware that there has been some potential health code issues here in the past. I don't know if they are still present but I don't care!
This place has amazing food. We usually gravitate toward the same few things (Bubble pancake, flounder appetizer, shezchuan chili chicken, lo mein, soup dumplings) and they are always great and better than similar items I have had other places. In fact, we recently visited Dumpling Master down the road and couldn't stop commenting on how much better the dumplings at Hai are, and without the hype or robot waiters. We have ventured to try other things here as well and they have all been good.
Service has typically been good as well. Highly recommended!

I just visited the location & many diners were seated/ & others waiting to be served.
I had steamed Chicken Soup Dumplings.
The dough was thick & pasty-salty … as if the dumplings had been frozen / quickly thawed & served ….
