$60 down the drain!!! The only thing that was edible were the mozzarella sticks and curly fries. The chicken tenders had no breading and the buffalo shrimp looked like they had been sitting out all day and then fried. The chicken wings looked promising until you took a bite. They tasted old and were hard as a rock.This place use to be so good, but now I will avoid at all cost. The sad thing is when I brought my issues to the young lady’s attention all she did was smile and just look at me. ??♂️ I hope the owner/manager realizes this place is being run down into the ground.

The two young ladies in this establishment are not professional, however the food be great. They seem to be the only ones working every time I come. We ordered a big meal this time as we had relatives who traveled and wanted to sample a lot of the menu options. However, nothing (sauces were put on the side) was labeled, so we had to figure out by tasting which sauces belonged to each other. One time the women’s restroom was leaking water there was no sign, no awareness before entering (verbally by employees) I let them know that there was water on the floor then they stated oh yeah we know it’s coming from the drink machine. Uh do you not have a wet floor sign ?
Parking: Sits in a busy small outlet but we always find parking in front or on the side at this location
Kid-friendliness: One table for the little ones inside to eat, otherwise it’s all stools unless you want to enjoy the patio area.

I was craving hoot so when you want what you want that’s where you go no matter how far you have to drive. Well let’s just say I was disappointed and I will never return to this location. I want all flat wings and despite that being an option on the menu board I was told they don’t do all flat. The overall experience was bad but if I type how I really feel then I’ll just get mad all over again

Ordered extra crispy and repeated myself twice. Wings were NOT extra crispy. Restaurant out of fries so I replaced fries for old stale carrot sticks. I will not be going back!

The staff is very unprofessional. Employees in bathroom getting dressed as I walked in clothing was everywhere and the gentleman even had the nerve to get angry but the door was unlocked. Manager couldn’t answer the most simple questions she said that this was not her store . Atmosphere was terrible bad energy all over .
Black pregnant lady was just cursing out loud with the other employees and telling vulgar stories, just bad service, and overall hated how she treated the other employee

They need to get rid of the pregnant black lady that’s the manager. As a black woman and manager myself, I was DISGUSTED by her attitude and actions. I did a take-out order here, and She mistaked me for “the public” and told me that I was not allowed to used their trashcan. She was extremely rude and ugly about it. And oddly enough, my job is the one that services the trash for that location! She really has some nerve. You can tell when some people are truly miserable and unhappy. She gave off a very negative and jealous vibe.I told her not only was I a customer, but my job services this location. She took it a step further and asked the worker to pull the trash can from outside and bring it in to be petty . I will try to find the owner or higher ups contact info so I can let them know.

So I went yesterday ordered breaded 15 piece lemon pepper when I tell you they not good as a executive chef I would recommend this place wasted $26.00 so however owns this place you just lost a customer..oh also keep employees off the phones face timing while not good look.
