Drinks were great... nice and strong. Alot of variety on the drink menu. Priceswere normal.. mixed drink avg price $10 and the flights were $14. The staff was nice and inviting. The tour was fun and informative.

We went for the blues dancing night and the vibes were amazing! Cocktails were delicious and unique - it was rainy so we didn’t get to experience the patio but it looks awesome. Can’t wait to come back!

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing, Michael and Jeremy are both so kind and friendly, and also extremely knowledgeable about liquor.The cocktails are exquisite, extremely well balanced, while also bold and flavorful. Also, very very affordable! Each cocktail averages about $10-11. None of them shy away from being unique.Will highly recommend to everyone I know who is looking for a really cool, fun and laid-back experience while drinking amazing cocktails.Thank you!

A really nice little place. I enjoyed my time there. Everyone was friendly and I enjoyed the feel of it. My only issue was the pours were kind of stingy. If I'm paying $12 for a tiny tumbler I want the tiny tumbler filled, but maybe I'm just uncultured Otherwise, was a great visit.

The place was nice when the drinks were $8-$9 just a few months ago. Now at $12-18 no wonder the place is empty at prime time on the weekends. Good luck with your business model. Not going there again, what a rip off.

Every time I go there drink prices are higher and higher. After seeing the drink prices today I decided to go to another place. Now that $8 mixed drinks are gone, I'd rather go pay for a drink somewhere with a better ambiance.

Great spot! Delicious cocktails and friendly knowledgeable group of guys that runs the place. They have a variety of food pop ups every week and fresh veggies and herbs grown right on site. I even bring my young kids who enjoy playing Uno or Ping Pong. I hope eventually they will have the business to keep them open a little later.

Finally visited and had a great time. They have mostly stool sitting but we were able to grab the couch and some chairs, we had brought some card games to play. There’s also a ping pong table and I think I missed my athletic calling. Really enjoyed the Florida Man Daiquiri and the Old Fashioned. Reasonably priced cocktails. Looking forward to visiting again soon, especially on a day when there is food.

They also have a ping pong table (although it's a little broken) so that was fun to get to play too. They had someone selling food but we had just eaten so I didn't check to see what they had.I'm not going to lie, the drink menu didn't sound appealing when we read it. It's not your usual drinks, they come up with unique things and it seems to rotate. However, both my date and I loved our drinks! I was pretty skeptical, but the bartenders knew what they were doing. I had the Photon Fizzle and my date had the Country Mile, both were sweet but not too sweet and tasty.

We had an amazing time at Independent Distilling. The atmosphere is very chill and the we enjoyed our tasting. We actually bought a bottle to bring home with us. The staff is very inviting, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely visit again and bring our friends.
