They treat delivery people like they don't exist. As someone who experienced both sides of the equation, you know the order shows before we even show up. Like at least 5 minutes of you doing the order, then bagging it. This lazy practice is why I'm giving this review. Worst part is that people don't have TIME to wait 5-10 minutes for YOU to do YOUR job.

My experience here was delightful and that is only due to Kalani. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the menu and provided premiere customer service. I definitely plan to revisit in the near future.

The one star review is for the service, which is crazy because it's usually a good experience here. The cashier was very selective of who she called out for their to-go orders. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because she was the only cashier. I let her know that I was there to pick up a to-go order, but she went about bagging orders for people who weren't even there to pick them up yet. I had to get her attention again and that's when she printed out my receipt to see see my order. She then informed me that she was going to bag someone else before mine. The attitude was not appreciated and the level of professionalism on the casheirs part was abysmal. The wait became so bad, that another lady who was waiting for her pickup order left and went to another restaurant in the plaza. Everyone else at this location is nice and the gumbo is amazing.

What an exceptional experience I’ve had at Jason’s deli. Kalani Is a very inviting personality to represent your business. I had the Reuben, and your bread, cold cuts, and presentation are excellent. Great service. Very upbeat atmosphere. I love the holiday decor upfront. Thank you so much for all of the attention to detail and cleanliness. This is a super well kept restaurant and I will definitely be back.

i ordered through dooordash so im not really sure about the atmosphere. the salad was amazing huge and packed up. i loved it! the grapes didn't appear to have been cleaned, i may be wrong but that's what it looked like. the only thing is i didn't feel that was enough dressing for that huge masterpiece. it was great tho delicious!
update: i actually realized afterwards i didn't get all the toppings i asked for but the salad was nearly overflowing so not complaining but just had to mention that
