The food is good but it's pretty inconvenient to order. You can't order at the window, the drive thru isn't a drive thru. You have to order on the app and then pick up your food when they text. Blah....

this was my first time trying jaybee’s.. safe to say that i was NOT disappointed. I ordered when I was about 25 mins out it was ready by the time i got there. The food was reasonably priced and we received quite a bit. 8pc combo and a grilled chicken combo with two drinks and loaded fries. we couldn’t even finish! definitely will be a repeat customer.

Ordered a 8pc. Chicken was seasoned perfectly, fries were crispy but soft and also seasoned well. Mambo sauce was pretty good…almost reminded me of back home. (Washington DC) Will definitely be back. I’ll post a pic next time!

I saw a review on tik tok and wanted to try so I sent my fiancé to pick us up some dinner since he passes by frequently. It was ok. My sandwich was mushy. The lettuce was steamed…the chicken was quality but tasted like burnt grease. We ordered around the time they close so that’s probably why. Glad I tried for myself. Everyone experience is different.

It was really good but me and my mom had to split the chicken sandwich which was really good but the bread got soggy because we had to go home and get a knife. But so far we will come back again.
My son loves this place so much. We drive 30 minutes one way for it and it's worth it every time. Try the loaded fries, the chicken tender sandwich, all of it. We have never had a miss and the service and ordering process is really easy as everything is online and they text your phone when your order is ready. It's a walk up so just plan to eat in your car if you have to drive a distance to check them out. They do have a nice playlist on the speaker if you want to make it a parking lot picnic.

This place is expensive and overrated. I ordered the loaded fries, and they were just okay. For the price, though, it wasn't worth it. The fries were not cooked fresh. The chicken sandwich was just okay as well, and nothing spectacular.
Ive driven by this place so many times and didnt notice it. Its a smaller sized takeout window type place in a shopping plaza so no sit down service. You also cannot order at the window. Online ordering only. I tried the fried tender sandwich and its a pretty basic but solid chicken sandwich. It was sweeter than I was anticipating but tasty nonetheless. I tried it whole and tasted some components on their own. The sauce was described as a mayo based savory sauce. It tasted sweet but im not sure if that was due to the pickles that were directly on top. The tenders are seasoned perfectly and I want to try them on their own. I do wish the bread wasn't as thick and that it was warm. The tenders were hot and fresh but biting into cold toast took from the overall experience. Overall it's pretty good. Definitely overpriced so not something I'd rush to try again but I'm not opposed to the place.

Came across scrolling on IG. Hubby & I was 25mins from Decatur so we decided to check it out. He had a 10pc tender combo & a lemonade. I had loaded fries. Total was around $40. Neither of us could finish in 1 sitting...definitely get what you pay for.

I happened to see this location looking for something else, so many ppl were pulling up on this place so I tried it! I ordered the Grill Tender Sandwich combo and the 5 pc tender combo. No pic of tenders due to put in fridge and forgot. You have to order online and not a place that you can eat in.Parking: Its in a plaza
